Hotel Christians Palace is located in the centre of Tena. The hotel has had its best days long ago. In the patio you find a pool. The whirlpool and the hammam are broken and the sauna that doesn’t work. Staffs are friendly.||||Our adequate room had an OK queen-size bed, desk & chair, dresser, TV, and private bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower over the bath. The window can be opened. Would not reccomend! Say they had hot water, though it was only in the tub (we dont take baths) and not in the shower or sink. Then we checked out and the hostess kept calling saying we stole a towel! We checked our items and did not have the towel. After $100 we get harassed over ONE lousy towel! And she called about 20 times after I told her we didny have it! ...

Estuve en este establecimiento debido a que me encontraba en una gira académica universitaria, contratamos sus servicios por una noche y fue una pésima experiencia, en primer lugar se hizo la reservación para 40 personas y la acomodación que nos dieron era en habitaciones para dos personas con camas matrimoniales cuando era obvio que pagamos por persona para ocupar camas individuales, nos ofrecieron un arreglo después de más de dos horas de trámite. Lo peor fue en la noche pues la presencia de ratas en algunos cuartos hizo que varios de nosotros no durmiéramos en esas habitaciones y termináramos compartiendo cama con otros compañeros.
