Coffee Roastery — Restaurant in Alexandria

I went twice today to the restaurant. In the first time I found the restroom very dirty and I informed the waiter that this should not be the standard for such classy restaurant. She apologised stating that the cleaner did not show up today. She promised that this will be handeled immediately. I went back after around 3 hours for lunch but again I found the same dirt on the toilet seat, so I spoke to the manager named "Mohammed" who listen to me carefuly, apologized but no real action was taken. Furthermore, I saw a waiter supposingly sanitising the restroom, and mopping the ground without wearing gloves and then went directly to serve. Higiene in this restaurant is of a big concern. I liked the food but the staff was not the optimum of any recommended service. The setting privacy is eligible to be invaded by anyone passing by the steet. Someone was watching the TV outside and when we complained about this as the person outside is almost sitting with us, the waiter went to him and laughted with him neglecting our right for having a comfortable setting. He didn't even say sorry, he gave the person the right to watch the TV outside and talked in an unrespectable way. The rest of the staff gave this waiter the right as he has nothing to do! Actually, you could simply have the curtains down!!

I don't recommend this place...
