The Boba Hub — Restaurant in Alexandria

We ordered two boba smoothies and a lotus cookie , the boba smoothies tasted very bad the boba wasn't really a boba it didn't pop , you had to chew on them and they tasted like cheap candy and the smoothies weren't even that nice either they had chunks of ice and poor taste We overheard one girl of the staff saying " oh we wanna close and go home" and laughed out loud as if she was intentionally trying to make us hear that , we immediately felt uncomfortable as if we were being kicked out and left that was very disrespectful and i wouldn't recommend anyone to go there unless you wanna be treated...

Had an overall great experience at the Boba Hub. I had the tiger boba drink. It tasted great, however, there was a chunk of undissolved sugar at the bottom of the boba drink and you can chew the sugar (you can even see it in the picture at the bottom of the cup). It was very sweet, which I personally didn’t mind but someone else may not like the overly sweet taste.

The service was great! They were very friendly and the seating area was comfortable.

Bad experience! Their boba tea tastes NOTHING like original boba tea. Not even close to any bubble tea I've tried abroad (Malaysia, Korea) or even in Cairo. It tasted like powdered milk with weird flavor that was so artificial 🤮 Their mochi was a joke! It was rock solid & I had to wait for half an hour for it to melt down, It was still rock solid and the dough was very dry & not chewy 😵‍💫🥴😑 it was too big & the only good thing was the ice cream inside.
