We stayed two nights in Nuba Hearts Hotel in the West Bank of Aswan and fell in love with the people and the village! It’s easily connected with public Ferry for 10 EGP. The owner of Nubia hearts, Tamer, talked in advance with our taxi driver so we could find the Harbour on the east bank of Aswan. On the West Bank his nephew Mohamed was waiting for us. We walked max. 5 min to the Hotel. It’s located in a small Nubian Village. The hotel is new, very clean, has AC and clean bathrooms & a beautiful decorated rooftop. on the rooftop Tamer was waiting with a cold hibiscus drink for us. Tamer and his family are very friendly, they helped us to have an amazing stay and took us to Botanical garden & another Nubian Village with his own boat. Also the next morning he organized a driver for us at 4 am so we could get to the bus that takes us to Abu Simbel. The last day of our stay we went to High dam and Philae Temple with Mohamed. All of the trips are well organized and had a fair price. 2 evenings we ate at the hotel- traditional and very delicious food. We loved our stay and will recommend it to all...

The rooms at "Nuba Heart" are of exceptional quality. Every detail has been thought of to ensure comfort and relaxation. The beds are super comfy, the decor is modern yet cozy, and everything is impeccably clean.
What really stood out to me was the food. Each meal was a delightful experience, featuring fresh, local ingredients prepared with care. The flavors were fantastic, and the portions were generous.

I can't recommend "Nuba Heart" enough. It's ideal for anyone looking for a high-quality stay with great food and a peaceful environment. I'll definitely...
Read moreOur stay at this hotel in Aswan was extremely disappointing. When we checked in, we found that the toilet bowl hadn’t been cleaned, and the water pressure was so low that taking a shower was impossible.||We were a group of six and specifically booked rooms with private bathrooms, yet two out of the three rooms had shared bathrooms instead. To make matters worse, the bathrooms had no windows, just a hole in the wall, and there was even a camera in the hallway leading to the bathroom, which felt very uncomfortable.||Additionally, we were not informed beforehand that the hotel was inaccessible by car and could only be reached by boat and tuk-tuk. While this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it was very inconvenient.||After experiencing these issues, we decided to leave after the first night. The hotel later messaged us, asking us to cancel our booking through Booking.com in exchange for a refund, but under the condition that we wouldn’t leave a bad review. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t advise anyone...
