كايرو تاج المهندسين — Hotel in Giza

1.one night an internet loss hapend and there no wifi at all for at least 12 hour 2a.m until 2p.m 2.we reach them due booking to extend my reservation ,and they say sure no problem, will on the last day from my primary reservation they claim that they have no idea about extend my residency, and they have to kick me out becouse they out room , after I show them the conversation with the hotel on booking ,they start alot of sorry , what ever their sorry is worthless becouse I leave them to another hotel with alot negative mood. They need more trained staff more strict management

Booking could not made the resevation becouse my same room could not be granted , that is why booking connect us with hotel to reseve the same room and extend my reservation and hotel say ok and confirm that on booking conversation . Obviously it is hotel staff mistake ,it is better to say sorry rather than blaming the customer about nothing he did.

Big thanks to majed on front disk he help me and change my room to quiter one,helpfull...
