Absolutely love the hotel amazing views of the beautiful pyramids from my balcony it was breathtaking,, Geat service and extremely caring staff always ready to help , they even offered to take us places, I was very very impressed, breakfast provided with a good variety of yummy Egyptian foods. Daily house keeping again lovely service. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Egypt at such a low price as I was a little spectacular at first but glad I gave it a chance as they are also a new establishment , I give it a huge thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍 I can assure you that you would be glad you stayed there. Everything was perfect! They took us in last minute at 3 AM with early check-in without question after our original hotel cancelled on us when we were already at the airport. The staff was super kind to us, they always made sure to offer us tea, coffee, water for free, arrange transportation or any other help, they even prepared breakfast specifically based on our requests from the most delicious Egyptian food and mango juice, and even offered dinner for us for free. Before anything understand you are paying for the view and location more than anything. Service was fine, they are friendly and helpful. Expect upsell attempts if asking for services — it’s just part of the business of the area, so cross check stuff if you can. Beds are ok actually. This place “will get the job done” and with a/c for your room for a short visit to the pyramids. I’d give 3/5 stars and say it’s fine for simple visits with simple expectations.
