One visit was not enough, we will come back again! We are a professional traveling family with a 3 year old daughter, driving our camper truck from the United States over the past 5+ years. Along the way, we organize retreats, teach yoga, do fire shows, and create content as our work. So we first connected with Palm Pyramids View Hotel to organize a wellness retreat, and book up the whole hotel for 10 days. Nora and Temo were our first point of contact, who proved to be fast, clear, and friendly with communication. We had video calls from other countries before our arrival. They helped us to organize activities, special healthy meals, and even some marketing. With a true feeling of authenticity, they gained our respect. Upon arrival, we came to meet the family. Nora had even invited us to her wedding! And when things changed and our retreat did not happen, they still held a good energy and enthusiasm to organize something together.
After some weeks, we decided to stay at the hotel to record video content on their rooftop, and host a public fire show for their guests, and ours. The rooms are immaculate, and the cleaning staff is always friendly with providing anything more to make more comfort. The bathrooms are honestly the best we have seen in Egypt. Aesthetic jacuzzi and modern style in the rooms and bathroom, which is saying a lot! AC. WiFi. Private balcony. Pyramid view from the rooms. Quiet rooms. Mini fridges and tea making in the rooms. Even bathrobes! There is a menu for meals, and a kitchen on the rooftop with an open atmosphere.
One person we need to make special mention of is Ahmed Bayomy. If you stay at Palm Pyramids, you will likely meet him. He is honestly the face of the business, and probably the hardest working, most genuine and caring person there. He’s usually the one making the breakfasts in the morning, smiling, watering the plants, and delegating tasks. Our 3-year-old daughter loved his energy, and he was always kind and playful with interacting and including her. Welly is also a notable person, though we usually saw him in the evenings. He was also friendly and helpful. Even the other Ahmed who works the night shift was humble and apologized after an incident where he did not help with something extra we asked of him.
Palm Pyramids Hotel truly stands out from the rest of the Egyptian owned and run hotels in the area. They are a family business, so there are many “people of power”, which can be confusing if you are trying to do business. But they are doing their best, and take constructive critique to grow their business in this crazy economy. We are grateful to have met everyone here, and to have done so much work together.

Read moreMy family and I had a great experience staying at the Palm Pyramids View Hotel for three nights. The hotel is only 2-3 months old, and the rooms are extremely well done, with top notch facilities.
The highlight, of course, is the location. It was quite an experience to wake up and see the pyramids in the distance! The rooftop gives an even better view. Definitely go up in the morning for breakfast and also try to go up during sunset at least once.)
The breakfast was excellent as well. They even served it half an hour earlier one day as we had an early start. In fact, the team is very friendly and accommodating overall. They gave us space to keep our luggage there after checking out as our train was in the evening, and even allowed us to freshen up. Thanks especially to Ahmed, who was always around and helpful.
Any cons? The building doesn't look very great from the outside. In fact , when we arrived at midnight, I wondered if I had made a mistake. But the wonderful rooms and staff soon put my mind at ease. (Apparently they can't do anything about the building because they don't have all the floors.) Not too many eateries etc in...
Read moreMy stay at the Palm Pyramids View Inn in Giza was overall positive, highlighted by its proximity to the Pyramids, which offered impressive views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing all the essentials needed for a good night's sleep.
The staff was very friendly and eager to help, enhancing the overall experience with their competence and kindness. The breakfast was satisfactory, featuring a selection that catered well to start the day.
Visitors from Central Europe might find the surrounding area a bit challenging to adjust to, as it has a distinct local flair that differs significantly from what they might be used to.
In summary, Palm Pyramids View Inn is a good option for travelers looking to explore the historical sights of Giza, offering good comforts and friendly service close to one of Egypt’s most...
