Our trip was a week long trip we're on day4 or 5 I have kind of lost count but I don't care I've had such a good time. I kind of don't wanna leave? I. Wish? I was gonna stay here for a couple of weeks. It's something about the view with the pyramids I can't shake it. Everyone I met here who works here are some of the nicest people. They made sure immediately I got everything I wanted and I needed and then some. When I come back to cairo i'm gonna come back and stay in this hotel. Many people are afraid of smaller hotels and prefer but I'm gonna tell you something Cairo is a busy loud city and all those hotels are in the. Middle of all that madness I have no idea how people can sleep there. For us sleeping it felt as if we're sleeping in the middle of the desert. If you think about it we're literally at the outskirts of the desert so the kind of was as if you were sleeping in the middle of the desert. So quiet so serene. The breakfast is wonderful the rooms are fantastic. The pool was a pleasant surprise but the people were some of the nicest people always with a smile on their face. And I know that all these people are most likely hurting tremendously due to the fact that the Egyptian pound lost so much value so I think most. Egyptian people are struggling to make ends. Tip everyone as well as you can because what you will give them as peanuts for you but it will mean the world to them.
Let me emphasize that I'm not paid to do this review. I really like this place and i'm planning on...
Read moreThis hetel has made a new profile to hide my last review. This hotel took advantage of me, I did not have a good stay and they then falsified a good review on my behalf. Avoid at all costs. The rooms are nice, but they are crooks. ||There is a nice view from the top terrace, and the rooms have a good sapce and layout. After that it's all downhill. I had a very difficult time trapped in this hotel as I was very ill. I struggled to even get enough water to drink. The one excusrsion I went on was an absolute rip off. The pool was filled with expanding foam by workmen (who worked into the night very loudly). It is also not near anything. Not even little shops. It is near a main road.||There is wifi but it is not connected to the internet except very occasionally, there is not good mobile either, so connectivity is a problem. It is a shame as it's a great space, and run well it could be a fab place, but making up reviews is a total crime that invalidates the point of useful...
Read morePros: nice little rooftop with a small pool and pyramid views. Excellent breakfast with a great cook and serving team. Working AC and a nice balcony in my room.
Cons: My room wasn’t very clean, there were hairs throughout the sheets, pillows and comforter, and small debris all over the floor. The walls are paper thin with even a small crack between a locked but adjoining room, and there was a large family with a very loud toddler next to me that kept me from sleeping at night and woke me up in the morning even with ear plugs. Bed wasn’t very comfortable.
The reception was a repeatedly awkward experience - when he was there - though mostly no one is there to assist and the property isn’t always reachable by phone, either. I was definitely overcharged for laundry, but I chalk it up to an experience.
It’s an affordable place to have a pyramid view, but I wouldn’t stay again. Still, thanks to the team who...
