Ralphs German Bakery — Restaurant in South Sinai

During my diving trip in Dahab, I stumbled upon Ralph’s German Bakery in Mashraba infront of SlyDive, and their breakfast blew me away.

The club sandwich is a must-try! I asked The Chef to slice the tomatoes thinly and cook the egg with a runny yolk, and it was perfection. The sandwich was loaded with bacon, turkey, melted cheese, and served between two thick slices of toast. It came with a side of crispy fries and a fresh salad, along with complementary sautéed vegetables sprinkled with Parmesan, which added a delightful, healthy touch 😍😍

For lighter mornings, I’d switch to the Beedf Bacon and Cheese Laugen with their iced black tea with honey, that quickly became a favorite.

Their fresh fig juice is another refreshing option to start your day right.

But the real surprise was their blueberry dessert. A perfect combination of sweet blueberries, creamy custard, and light puff pastry, it was simply amazing—one of the best desserts I’ve had in a while!

A perfect restaurant to start your day, and more! This beautiful place is very clean, alls the workers peoples and the chief are really welcoming and smiling. Alls the different cafes are so good, strong & tasty. I was leaving in mashraba for 3 months and I was coming here for breakfast every morning. The price are really good and not expensive, and alls the plates omelettes, salades, hot sandwiches & bakeries and fresh juices and mores are just amazing so fresh and made with LOVE 💘 You can eat outside there is a very hudge shadow with a lots of tables, it’s very clean and there is a clean toilettes too. Inside you have others places with air conditioning with good choice of music and a fantastic smell of fresh bread cooking! This place is just perfect, calm from the noises, close from the beach ( 2 minutes),and beside stores for shopping. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and not welcoming at all. They literally told me that they would have a complete stranger set with me on the same table cuz they need to "free-up" space -keep in mind the restaurant branch i was at had around 4 people indoors but myself and two my friends- they wanted use to get jammed together on a v.small table that can barely fit two people after ordering a more than 1k breakfast, the staff kept arguing with each other all the time i was there, went from 8:30am, while one of them kept yelling ab some missing piece of paper and accusing each other of taking it. They were too loud however we just dismissed it cuz ralph WAS my fav place to have a nice tasty breakfast while working in dahab. however, after this, unfortunately it's canceled till they start hiring decent people.
