This hotel is fantastic! I applaud Hector, who runs this charming hotel. For his attention to detail and customer care, from breakfast too It’s very tasteful decor he has succeeded in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. That makes this the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of business and Leisure. We enjoyed our stay in the spacious suite with a stunning view of the city. We especially enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi! We were literally less then 15 minutes from metro-center mall, the Presidential home, and many more well known destinations in the city. El peor “hotel” que e visitado en mi vida. E visitado estancias en lugares muy humildes con una limpieza impecable. Dice que hay servicio de lavadoras y incluye el desayuno( después quiere cobrar $3 por persona y las lavadoras están fuera de servicio) decidimos hacer checkout después de ver el cuarto que ella le llama “básico”. El baño con cucarachas y las sábanas sucias con manchas , asco. Después de llamar por donde hice mi reservaciones y rehusó a contestar para un reembolso. Y nos comunico a las 11:30 pm que desalojara sus estabulaciones cuando desde las 6:30pm nos pusimos en contacto con Travelocity. Que se quede con el dinero y ojalá lo ocupe para...
