I was on an overnight stay there, so the hotel is relatively quite far from the airport and we went down some very dark small streets to get there...then the dinner staff seemed unprepared for our arrival, so after waiting a long time for the van, we had to wait a long time for the dinner (which was 4 types of carbohydrates -_-) The room itself was fine but most frustratingly, for a hotel that Ethiopian airlines is using for their overnights, they only wanted to do one shuttle in the morning for 12 people going back to the airport, EVEN THOUGH our flights were spread out over several hours, seemingly because it would save them money? Their night manager and receptionist gave me opposite information and options, they were incredibly unwelcoming and passive aggressive, not...

I spent there several times. I was happy with them. But this time they made me so sad and upset. Cuz i had a group of clients and according to my last experiences i thought they will give some discount to me. I arranged everything according to this. But they behaved so restricted and they charged me 50% more than last time. I didn’t have any other choice so I decided to stay again. But it will be my last time to come this hotel.
