👎👎👎"Extremely disappointing stay at the Obsidian Hotel! The service was subpar, with unprofessional and rude staff and management. Despite my efforts to address the issues, they failed to improve the situation. Shockingly, they weren't even prepared to serve food! During the buffet, I was denied eggs, which was bizarre. The hotel's customer service was virtually non-existent, with untrained and unfriendly staff. The restaurant's food service was also a letdown. The manager's lack of response and apology when I raised my concerns was unacceptable. Overall, a terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. This hotel is brand new therefore it’s very clean. I give it 2 Stars overall because there’s no iron in the rooms and when I asked for one because I really needed one the lady told me they don’t have one at the moment, very inconvenient. Also the breakfast is very limited like 4 dishes to choose from and there’s no eggs. I have to ask them to make it and the so called chef doesn’t know how to make a simple scrambled eggs. No toast of any kind either. For a brand new hotel and for the price I expected more. Planned on staying for 1 month, but had to cut it...

The hotel is brand new, when it comes to safety and comfort, you can tell they put a lot of effort.From instilling 🔥 water sprinkler system and CCTV to the minor details placing a shoe Shiner machine in the the lobby All rooms are clean,comfortable with access to broadband service.in the morning they serve delicious breakfast with a selection of fresh Juices and and coffee.
