This hotel has very friendly staff.||Place is clean and rooms looks nice, even though we did not have window (non of the rooms with two beds has no windows). We had a balcony, but you could not go in to it, because the mirror table was on the way. ||In Ethiopia they are quite strict to offer two separate bed rooms for two woman, to idea to share the double bed for them is seams to be difficult to manage.... ||First we stayed on the 4th floor, where we hardly got any water. When we changed to 1st floor, we even get hot water, which was wonderful. Internet is on and off, but that was everywhere in Ethiopia. Sometimes we were going up and down to find a spot to have the internet connection.||The hotel was within walking distance (40 min) from the centre of Bole district. ||There were food restaurants and clothing stores just on the next street from the hotel. To go to see some sights you need to take either by...
Read moreStayed here for 1 week on a business trip. Overall excellent value for money and the staff were a joy. My only complaint was the levels of noise at night and barking dogs in particular but I am not sure there is much they can do about that. My room was spotless and spacious, hot water supply fantastic and bed very comfortable. The top floor restaurant offers great views. The menu is a little restrictive but the Shish Kebab is delicious. Buffet breakfast was good. One thing to note. The WiFi wasn't always reliable but this is because it is Addis Ababa not because the hotel are particularly poor in this respect. Whilst I was visiting we had a power outage and Wi Fi disruption one morning. Guests were complaining but there really was nothing the hotel could do. Don't take your frustrations out on the facility when it is a bigger problem - my office was also cut off for several hours. Sometimes we have to...
Read moreI stayed in this hotel the first day, I didn’t see any big problems. The rooms were wide and clean. However, When I came next time after five days it was worst experience I had in hotel ever. The receptionist gave me key for one room , and we opened the room but didn’t see in detail thinking that it’s the same situation. When I came back after I had my dinner the bathroom room was full of roaches, I went to receptionist to change the room. She said she has nothing to do with it, and since I already paid for that room, she said couldn’t change to another room. And then, before I went to bed, when I try to drink water the bottle was already open. I called the receptionist about it, she told me that I had to buy the water. The worst experience i have ever...
