Amado Cityhotel — Hotel in Pori sub-region

Positive: The hotel is centrally located. Although the reception was often unattended, communication through the phone and booking.com worked well, and the staff member was very friendly and accommodating. As we arrived late, we received access information via text message. The room was clean.

Neutral: The hotel seemed to be mostly empty most of the time. On the first day, we heard some noises in the hallway, but then there was no sign of other guests for 3 days. It was only towards the end of our stay, before the Jazz festival began, that the reception was staffed again, and other guests checked in.

Negative: The windows cannot be opened; instead, you have to keep the air conditioning running all the time. The room was not cleaned during our 1-week stay, the beds were not made, we were, however, given fresh towels 3 times. The emergency exits were locked, and besides using the elevators, the only way to leave the hotel was through the main staircase. The WiFi...

Huoneessa ei valittamista. Ystävällinen palvelu. Hyvä parkkipaikka. Aamupala keskiverto. Se sijaan ravintolan ruokalistalta illemmalla tilattu Scampi annos vihersalaatilla oli hintaansa nähden alta lipan. Hintaan 19€ (paistettuja perunoita, päällä 5-6 jättikatkarapua, kulhon reunoilla neljässä kohtaa majoneesia ja perunat pyöritelty jossain kastikkeessa) vihersalaatti ehkäpä 3 laatua salaattia, ilmeisesti balsamicoa ja siinä kaikki!
