Stayed in a two bed apartment with three children. There was ample room in the apartment for everything. Very modern layout and right across the road from the end of La Daille ski slope. Located about a 10/15 min walk into Val D’isere Parking was under the apartments which was great but it was an additional 120 euro for the week. Ski schools for the kids across the road but you need to book early or you get stuck on buses with the kids and skis. - Kitchen - had everything you need and all new - living area - two additional beds as sofas turn into beds - two bathrooms Very modern and had a lovely balcony. Only issue was the price - very very expensive for what it was. Worked out about 500 euro a night - I clearly got the most expensive room in the place They also require you to pay for -internet -cleaning And the worst thing is you have to clean the kitchen for them The breakfast is also awful - ordered it one morning and the croissants were rock hard I wonder how expensive it is for returning customers

Good budget accommodation for skiing, rooms are small - 2 bunk beds and a fold down sofa bed in the living room/kitchen - very squeaky - but comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need, probably just take condiments, salt pepper spices oil etc if you plan on cooking. Also take extra toilet roll as they only give you one roll. La daille cable car is just across the road, and there is a good Spar also. Annoyingly car park below is not run by the hotel and you have to pay separately (27 EUR/day), but parking in the whole area is payable. Free bus you can take to Val d'isere itself, or walk in 15 mins. Ski/boot room is very basic and could do with improvement. You can order croissant and baguette from reception the night before and pick them up at 8am

Excellent location and friendly service. Everything was great, although the Wi-Fi could be faster, which is noticeable given the weak mobile signal in the room. Nevertheless, it was sufficient for basic tasks. Overall, a very positive stay.

This apartment hotel was a disappointed to our three persons group and none of us would go there again. Here are first the positive sides:||The hotel is located very close to the skilifts. There is nice access to the after ski places and the hotel is close to a grocery store. There is a ski rental in the same building. You can order a freshly baked bread delivered in the morning. There is 15 minutes walking to the city center and there is a bus stop in the front of the hotel; the bus is free-of-charge and it takes you to the center and further in the valley. The hotel staff was polite and friendly (they even smiled when they said "no"). ||Negative sides:||There is no ski boot’s drying room in this hotel. The locker room for skis is so cold that your boots won’t dry there over the night. The apartment was shabby and worn as well as very small (I would recommend the 35m2 for 2 persons only due to the poor layout of the apartment). The carpet looked dirty, the bathroom sink draws badly as well as the shower. The apartment had not been cleansed carefully, for example, we found large debris on the floor. When we told this to hotel staff, they suggested they will clean the apartment again. However, we had already opened our luggage and because the apartment was really small, the stuff was all over the place. The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. Fortunately, the hotel guests were quiet as the sound insulation of the apartments was really nonexistent. According to the hotel staff, the hotel is a 4 star hotel so we were very surprised that the apartment does not include toilet paper or garbage bags. There is no hair...

I only usually read the bad reviews so this place was a pleasant surprise. I found it to be smart, comfortable, clean and reasonably well equipped. It would have benefitted from a cutting/chopping board and a proper sharp knife. I always take my own knives because I like my sharp knives to be really sharp. You get one toilet roll so if you think you'll need more take one+. I've stayed in similar apartments in Val T which weren't as smart or clean and no loo rolls, these were only available in multipacks (9) from the store. As we took our own this time we didn't check out whether you could by singles from the Spar in La Daille. Sound insulation is ok but if you have riotous neighbours and you're not prepared to hammer on their door, take ear plugs, we did. Our neighbours were noisy once, someone else hammered on their door.|We found reception to be polite, friendly and helpful. I found being polite and friendly to the reception team paid dividends. I accidentally broke the jug on our coffee maker, informed reception who then exchanged it, no quibble and didn't deduct anything from our deposit. All in all, for budget accommodation, I liked the place and would certainly consider returning. |The bakery above the Spar was great, you can pre-order morning rolls/croissants from reception but we never used this service so...

If you are impressed with the photos of the resort, then be ready for the realities;||* Smallest rooms ever seen for 4! people. Like a joke. (balcony is blocked when you open the bed, which you have to do this exercise every day)||* Very uncomfortable beds. ||* Worn-out building from 70's with its dirt, bad smell, broken elevators, scratchy ski room with its lightening with timer!! (you suddenly find yourself in the dark)||* The door of the room with zero frame insulation will make you feel the wind blowing inside and the sound of it. (I had to insulate it with available towels!)||* They have clearly renovated the lobby but does not help for the comfort of stay.||* Mass of teenagers, drinking, shouting in the middle of the night, with zero respect to others and you hear all of these.||* Overall, you don't feel yourself in a resort, but rather a camp. This is clearly a resort for a generation, who doesn't care about all above but ski, drink, get drunk and sleep.||This resort is definitely not recommended for families.||Val d'Isere is a lovely place with perfect slops. Try to find a real hotel if you can effort or stay less but with decent...
