B&B Hotel Argenteuil — Hotel in Argenteuil

I don't even know how to start. The room was nice and clean but very cold and the heating sistem will warm your room in hours, to 20°c, not more. The services was awfull.

The code of the room is way too long(6 numbers)...can be anoying. Instead of code, a card would be way easier to use.

Every time when you want to login to the wi-fi you need to complete a form: room number, room code, your full name, your email, reason of trip, your phone number(i have uk number so is +44 at beginning and you can't simply write +44, you have to find it into a long list(over 200 phone codes) and you can't even search for country code)If you are going out from hotel and came back, you have to do that again because there's no option for saving your details.

When I booked my room via booking.com I had breakfest included but at the hotel I had to pay extra. Is not about being greedy but it does put you in a pathetic situation.

They don't refill the breakfest stand. I went at 8:45 am, there was no bacon, no sausages, no omlett, no ham. Just some jans, butter and pieces of bread. I had to ask the lady in reception if they still serve food, because everything is empty. I waited about 10 minutes before they bring a plate of 5(FIVE) thin slices of ham.

When they refill, they refill the omlett, after another 10 minutes they bring sausages and i already finished my breakfest when they bring the bacon. I ended up having only omlett. Witouth any bacon or sausage because you expect them to bring everything on the same time, not one by one, every 10-15 minutes.

The plates are ridoculous small, smaller than my palm (see picture). Usualy used for deserts, they use them for breakfest, probably to make you eat less. If you put a croissant, your plate is full.

Overall, i'm very dissapointed about the hotel services. Definetly won't...

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. On the first morning I was woken up by drilling in a room near to mine. I went down to complain and ask for a refund for that first night. According to the staff, many other guests had also complained about the noise. I filled in a refund request form and was told by the reception staff that the manager would review the form one hour later. I came back in the evening and asked for an update. The staff at that time said they knew nothing and to come back in the morning. The next morning I was woken up by drilling AGAIN. I went down and spoke to the same staff from the previous morning and asked if the manager had responded. She said the manager was sick that day. So I said what about yesterday you said the manager was there. She said the manager was also sick yesterday. I told her that directly contradicts what she said the previous day that the manger was there. She had no response to that. I said OK so either you lied yesterday or you're lying today. When will I hear from the manager? She said the manager would email me. To this day I still have not heard a thing. Something is truly rotten about this hotel. Either it's the staff or the management, or both.

It's a shame I had to give a bad review because the room was clean and comfortable...

This is a great little Hotel and the restaurant food located next to it is of great quality and cooked very well. It's is open 24 hrs it has public transport bus stop outside the door on the street. The staff working there are friendly great and helpful. I was have difficulty topping up my transport card and the lady behind the desk tried her best to help me out with it. ( You know who you are thank you) There is also free wifi for guests. There is also vending machines and for a large latte Coffee €2.30 also other snacks and teas and minerals.

The receptionist was great to have working there she was very informative about helping getting around. It is only located one hour from the heart of Paris Centre on public transport and the times are very frequent so the price is fare for the location.

The rooms were nice and clean and beds very comfortable. Air conditioning also was great. The people in Augentile were down to earth friendly and nice to chat to.

Nice selection of beers from the restaurant and again helpful staff. They made the language barrier easy for non French speaking persons.

There is a supermarket about 10 mins away and loss of other transport options to bring you to the train station that takes you to the City Centre. Great location of you want to head...
