The hotel and facilities are good for the price. Nothing to object, however the staff and service offered is something else.||I travelled from the UK with my 9 year old son for a weekend, despite having Pre contacted the hotel to double check option for late check out and room status receptionist couldn't find my room when I got there at 12 midnight with my son. None if staff can't speak any other language than French at any level, I only speak Spanish and English so that was tricky. He took my ID andbended up giving one a room I think more to get rid if me as obviously I had an email confirmation. The code I was given would work, went back down. He had to change my twice due to same issue. Room wasn't proper ready as bins were full my decide no to say anything, least of my problem. Following morning went down and asked the new receptionist if everything was OK, he said it was and confirmed my name, first name. Paid for breakfast. I had to ran into the kitchen numerous times as there were no plates, cutlery or even mugs.|Spent day in Paris and came back around 9pm. Again my room door wouldn't open. Back to reception. Staff member asked my name to confirm, when I said my full name, he denied, I said yes, that's my name, I checked in last night. Well they had a booking with my first name but a totally different last name, for two adults even though I travelled with a kid. So they checked me in under a completely different identity and despite my attempts for changing that I ended up giving up because the language barrier is actually a pain. The problem with the door not opening lasted all weekend. I ended up checking one day earlier and staying at my friend's. It's a shame because the hotel is nice but service is appalling. You can also see they are getting annoyed when you can't speak French what I would understand if they had no made as many mistakes. This is a standard problem across different hotel's branches Before my arrival I received an email asking for my preferences, which I have set up, but it seems that information is just a waste of time, nobody makes use of it At the apart hotel, I asked for an upgrade and it was denied, responding that I got the most expensive room, nevertheless I have found another one more expensive and supposed to be higher category At the apart hotel, I asked for a higher floor, and it was denied, responding that the hotel is full At the apart hotel, it was provided a password that was supposed to open both, my room and the entrance door, neither one of them worked, after 3 trials, the receptionist managed to open my room door, therefore the entrance doesn't work at all In the room, there is no air conditioning and the summer in Paris is quite hot to not have it (I don't remember to check this during the reservation) In the room, lack of cleaning under the bed In the room, the bathroom does not have an efficient exhaust system and there was some rust under the mirror About the location, Colombes is a popular neighborhood, with several buildings for social purpose, and hotel street is very busy and noisy by people gathering during the day (there is public school right besides the hotel) and late night About the location, everything that you need is conveniently close to the hotel About the location, there is a superficie train that might lead you to the metro station, so there is no metro station close to the hotel
Notice that every single penny asked and paid for this service did not have any flaws, problems or excuses, it was paid integrally as requested.

Read more2 stars because the first time I stayed there was fine. I even made another booking. But the 2nd time worst and their costumer service horrendous.
I sayed 4 days in room 905 and ended up with entire body covered with bites itching myself as if I got some lind of disease.
After the fist night I informed the receptionist that requested a change of bed linen. Unfortunately the problem was not the bed sheets as I continued to get bitten. I am not blaming him, as he tried to help.
On departure Informed (not complained) another receptionist that told me he has not had any complaints from previous guests....as if my information could only be valid if someone else made the same comment before....very smart I see.
I then decided to contact the company itself attaching all 24 pictures of the bites (it is to tell you how was my body after the stay).
And at the end of a long impersonal corporate pseudo caring merely apologetic email, I received, I quote
"we would like to inform you with absolute certainty there are no fleas or any other insects."
.... it is one thing to not provide the minimum level of hygiene required for a 3 stars, but it is another to not care about it.
I will never come in this hotel. It is fine. How many other clients you have, but not care about the comment... That is something else.
Matter of fact I am removing a star. Thinking about the whole thing again...
