Horrible hotel. Avoid it. Stayed for 3 nights. Quick listing of issues Door lock couldn't open (help every time to enter room) Dirty rooms LOUD BAR

Deeper explanation: Had to wait at the check in desk for a while only to find out you have to walk to the bar (in another room) to get someone's attention for check in. After check in, the employee struggles to open the lock on my door. He tells me "it's a bit broken". Yes... I was not able to enter the room on my own at any time because I could never open my door, even the people I was staying with at the hotel couldn't open the door. So every time I wanted to enter my room I had to go to the bar, ask someone to help me and wait for the help to arrive. The rooms were dirty! First time I entered the room there was a lighter laying on the middle of the floor??? It looked like the room hadn't been vacuumed with hair and dust (my socks were grey after walking around). I went to use the toilet and there was pee on the seat! The towels looked dirty with weird black stains and the floor mat had a foot print or something on it? When I looked at the bed I was greeted with a lovely stain on the blanket on the bedding as well and every time the cleaner made my bed she made sure to put the stained blanket back on the bed... Like I wanted that stained blanket? The room itself had no charm! Not a single decorative item, worse than a hospital room. Another big issue at this hotel besides cleaning, was the noise... I was barely able to sleep at night! The noise from the bar travelled up the corridors and I was first able to sleep at like 2am and then the first LOUD employee came in at 6am... Breakfast was alright, I had...

The Méchoui Couscous is pretty good and portion is generous. Waiters are very nice. But the, gésier salad, steak mousse au chocolat and creme brulee are culinary abominations.

When we look at the menu and the restaurant itself, it feels like this French restaurant was recently acquired by new owners and they are slowly transitioning to a new menu.

In all honesty, they should scrap the old French menu entirely and focus exclusively on what they do well, starting with more menu items like...

JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS ce lieu, bien que J'AFFECTIONNE UNE PERSONNE : LE GENDRE . Il est la SEULE BELLE PERSONNE DE TOUT L'ÉTABLISSEMENT. Ce restaurant devient un LIEU à HISTOIRES dès que vous le fréquentez souvent , et que PÈRE et FILS , NIAIS , ET SANS ÉDUCATION , comprennent que vous êtes gentils.

Au début , le PATRON joue la pitié , très mal du reste , pour être payé en liquide , ce que j'ai accepté pour être sympa alors que la cb m'arrangeait , m'obligeant à me rendre au distributeur place de la halle et revenir avec mes ami-e-s , notamment une fois avec une amie de + de 80 ans, PUIS vient le jour où sans ménagement , à 8 h du matin , pas de clients , VIOLENCE INOUÏE DANS LE VISAGE ET DOIGT POINTÉ VERS LA SORTIE ::

"VOUS PRENEZ LA PORTE ".

J'ÉTAIS UNE FIDÈLE CLIENTE , du midi comme du soir , qui arrivait tjrs avec une pointe d'humour sympathique, j'y allais toujours ACCOMPAGNÉE D'AMI-E-S discrets et distingués qui aimaient manger du couscous berbère.

Je n'invitais que des gens d'un bon niveau bien éduqués et soucieux de ne pas déplaire .

MAIS , VISIBLEMENT quand on est COURTOIS , HONNÊTES et SYMPATHIQUES , on n'est PAS CONSIDÉRÉS.
