We had a truly enjoyable stay at this lovely hotel, which provided every comfort needed to make our experience unforgettable. The room was cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing after our days out. Every detail, from the spotless cleanliness to the quality of the services, contributed to making our stay very special.
A special thank you goes to the lady who took care of breakfast in the mornings. Every day, right at 7 AM, she greeted us with a smile and prepared a rich and varied buffet, always ready and perfect. With a one-year-old baby, her willingness and attention to our requests were a great help. It was a pleasure to start the day with her thoughtfulness and friendliness.
In summary, this is a stay we highly recommend, thanks to the quality of the hotel and the impeccable service, especially from the lady who took such great care of us every morning!

Read moreWe had a lovely stay at this charming hotel. It's very conveniently located next to the train station, Tramway Mont Blanc station, buses to Ville de St. Gervais (the free Facilibus as well as the paid SAT bus) and a few minutes walk to Le parc thermal. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and very patient with our kids.
We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment - our particular room had a double bed in the bedroom where we also put a baby cot and two single beds in the living room/kitchen. Our kids stayed in the bedroom which was nice because we could close off the room after they went to sleep. Everything was very clean and cozy and our 4-year old loved how comfortable the beds were.
The pool, sauna, bar, terrace, kids area and play room were really nice for some down time in the hotel. The breakfast was not huge but well stocked with a bit of everything - bread/jam, pastries, rotating sweets/cake, cereal, egg, yogurt, fruit, cheese, ham, coffee/tea, water, juice. It's a small town but there were enough dining options around that we didn't take the half-board option. (Although, be aware you have to order dinner at lease by the day before)

Things that will seem strange to an American (and perhaps others): The room key is used to control the room's electricity. There is a keyhole in the wall of the entryway, and you must leave the key there to use the lights. It prevents guests from leaving the lights on while away, but can be inconvenient to find/use when you return to the room after dark. The bathroom uses a hand shower, and unlike many other hotels, there is no post that will hold it at a usable height; you must devote one hand to managing the shower. And there are no washcloths.
Based on amentities such as the industrial soap dispenser in the bathroom, I would not consider this hotel "three-star." But I would...
