Central Fac — Hotel in Bourg-en-Bresse

This was by far the worst location I have ever been in. We were there in 08/2022. We were traveling from Germany to Spain by car and needed an overnight stay in France in between. At first our code for the door didn't work. Thank goodness someone was driving into the yard who was able to help us somewhere. We then got in and were able to get our key from a box. The specified apartment looked very different from the photos. Cleanliness was in short supply and the bed was absolutely awful. A fold-out bed with a sagging mattress. It was also incredibly hot in the room and there was no air conditioning or anything like that. We actually wanted to open the large window (first floor), but we had the misfortune that a huge wolf spider was right between the door and the blind. This was not the landlord's problem, but of course it added to the problem. Nobody responded to phone calls and there was never any response to our letter of complaint.

You probably have to be lucky to get a good room here.

If you do not mind to walk 10-15 minutes to the city center, Central Fac accommodation is very good and budget place. It is located close to a post and supermarket. The flat has a fridge and kitchenette with all necessary equipment to cook, so even if there is no meal available, you can cook whatever you want yourself. The flat is clean and the owners ask to take your garbage with you, when you leave the apartment, otherwise you might be charged 80€ even after you check out. The bed was not very comfy but it is just a minor thing. It was quite a quest to get the key to the apartment. Pretty interesting...

Du 23/08/19 au 24/08/19||Logement 006 / 007 au RDC||Je constate que le ménage n as pas été fait au dans les 2 logement , de la vaisselle est casser dans les placards mais bon on en à pas utilité ,télé qui ne fonctionne pas , mais ce qui me bloque c est la présence de cafard vivant dans la chambre qui à mon retour se trouve sur le lit. Du coup je ne dormirai pas dans cette chambre merci de me recontacter pour le remboursement de ce logement car cela n est pas acceptable ce ne sont pas des mouche mais des cafards déjà que le logement ne respire pas la propreté je ne souhaite pas en amener chez moi.Nous avons donc dormi dans la chambre 007 a 5 dans un lit 2 places lumière allumer car les cafards aime l’obscurité des 6h du mat alors que j'ai somnoler pendant 4 heure nous somme partie bien heureux de laisser tout ce petit monde derrière nous on l’espère . Bien sûr personne n est joignable et tout est déjà débité j attends donc une réponse de votre pas sur ce dossier merci ||||Les cafards sur l'oreiller / pas de réponse de l’hôte / ménage pas fait / et j’espère un remboursement pour la chambre 006 ou je n'ai pas dormi nuit horrible dans un lit 3 a 5 2 adulte 3 enfant et vérification des affaires avant de partir pour être sur de pas en ramener avec soit merci de me recontacter je vous ai laisser une lettre / des sms avec photo et des appels tout cela sans réponse ||||j’espère que mon avis apparaîtra car sur B... com il ne...
