Wow, lost opportunity here. Great location, they could make lots of money if only they knew how to be nice to people. Server did his best imitation of a surly French waiter. I went inside to get beer from the grumpy man behind the bar, presumably the bar tender🤷‍♂️, but acted like the plumber. I was blatantly ignored. Too busy doing his job to serve customers. Server finally came to our table and had a pouty face of a spoiled child. After bringing us a beer he never returned, I would have had another but…It’s not that hard to smile at people, doesn’t cost you anything and your customers might smile back and maybe give you a tip. Very nice situated in the center of Bedoin at the central square with the primairy school and the Hotel de ville. Large platane trees gives shade and the service is fast and accurate. Personnel incompétent et agressif. Après 20 minutes d’attente debout à l’entrée on nous annonce qu’on va bientôt nous installer… pour finalement voir notre table attribuée à d’autres personnes qui avaient réservé. Aucun mot d’excuse du personnel, bien au contraire : on nous rejette la faute avec une mauvaise foi consternante, en haussant le ton sur nous comme si nous étions en tort. Un des serveurs s’est même permis de se coller à nous de manière très agressive, une attitude totalement déplacée et inacceptable dans un établissement qui se veut accueillant. Le service s’est clairement dégradé, avec une équipe manifestement non formés, débordés et arrogants. C’est vraiment dommage de voir un lieu comme celui ci sombrer de cette façon.
