HORRIBLE, UNFRIENDLY & OVERPRICED...We arrived here 30 minutes early and the gates were closed. We called the number they gave us but the line was dead. After a while we followed other quest in and started looking for someone from the campsite... big mistake... (Reception is closed from 12:00 till 15:30!) When the owner finnaly arrived she started yelling at us in french right away. She seemed really angry and we were pretty confused just sitting there waiting. Then she wouldn't talk to us and prettended not to speak english. When I tried to apologize she walked away still screaming in french. Her 'assistent' then helped us to our campsite wich was small and paved with rocks. Overall the camping seems really overpriced and the owner is probably unstable. My advice: spend your money elsewhere and avoid being bullied by this arrogant french lady.

The experience was great!, It is not the typical camping place with overcrowded places. It is a Zen-Camping-place. The pool is crystal clean and at the right temperature. You can order fresh croissants and bread the night before from the bakery nearby and pick it up at the bar. The washing machines excellent. The camping place is very clean and we had a great experience. The management is there for you if you need anything. I like that the camping place is quiet and at night no cars are driving around. We would like to come back. It is 30 min to the beaches of Nice and Antibes

We have not been as far as staying there, however we had the strangest experience on customer device trying to reschedule our stay. We booked online, we had a change of plan and tried to contact the camping multiple times through multiple ways without any answer. We found other dates available but could not change without loosing our fist deposit, but no one answer to us to help. Then we had to change our all trip because if this.||When we ask for refund in our deposit base in the above reasons we have been told:||“If you were not sure about your dates you should not have booked “||Also when asking written confirmation of my cancellation I get a “of course we will not debit your card” instead of a normal “sorry about that and yes we are confirming your cancellation “||Basically no discussion on commercial gesture or trying to help because they claim to be a small company.||I did not read the review on the poor customer service before I booked, I did not because I am a believer if helping small business and I know guests can be unreasonable, I allow mistake because staff are not robots and things can happen, if I want perfect I go to be large chains hotel. However for this one I would only recommend to read the comments on poor customer service and particularly the answers which are very rude. Customer service and complain handeling is a job and they obviously have no experience in this, if you come from outside France I would not recommend this place. This is only for locals. It is a pity to give a sad image of France (I am french) because so many other places have fantastic people but not this one. ||A great business especially in the service industry is about communicating with you customers and explain in a professional way. And maybe guest is frustrated but it is your job to know how to handle and stay professional, it is part of the job in fact if you don’t like this you should change this industry is not for you.||And I don’t like to write bad review but I think the owners should learn from all those comments instead of being so defensive and their attitude is not right, it...

WARNING for non-French speaking guests!! The most arrogant host I have ever met, she was supposed to help us with the clothes washer and dryer before our scheduled checkout, but after we got our clothes in the washer, she disappeared from the campsite and we waited about one hour at the reception wondering, then she came driving her golf cart and yelling that we are on overtime and we have to pay for another night (our clothes were still locked in the washer). We tried to explain to her (I even wrote everything in French on google translate) that we at least need our wet clothes, preferrably dried but whatever and then she got really angry and just told us to leave immediately (everything in French of course). Leaving us really confused, standing with money in our hands to pay for the dryer which we agreed two hours earlier but then never got to use.

At check-in we found out that the pool is ice cold and wifi costs ALOT and tethering is not allowed/possible.. We payed for the wifi and when she took the money she said in perfectly good english 'More money for me' with a big arrogant smile.

O and there are only 2-3 toilets (mixed gender) and same amount of showers, that are all really obnoxious to use. The human waste disposal is basically one of the dishwashing sinks - does NOT seem hygienic at all.

The lots are small, crammed and do not offer any privacy whatsoever.

So, IF YOU ARE NOT FLUENT IN FRENCH - I warn you off this place. My travels have gone thru a dozen campsites and this is the only one that has caused any problems.. Dispite being extra polite, you could really tell how she felt about us not speaking her mothertongue. SO ARROGANT it makes one sad.

My conclusion is that they have "bought" their stars on Google because everyone at the campsite seemed unhappy with something. So be warned and please avoid this overrated,...

My family and I stayed here for ten nights, staying in a mobile home. We had a lovely holiday however we left feeling very disappointed. After spending two hours thoroughly cleaning the mobile home, it was inspected by the owners daughter. She informed us that we had to pay €10 as we didn’t flick the switch to turn off the fridge, I couldn’t believe that she wanted to charge us for not flicking a switch. Furthermore earlier in the holiday whilst we were using the kitchen equipment, we accidentally broke a wooden spatula (which was already very worn) and a glass, which we did inform the staff of. This added an additional €5 to the fee we had to pay. I highlighted to the lady that during out stay the gas supply broke on numerous occasions and needed reconnecting, plus other things such as a broken door handle to the toilet- such issues we didn’t complain about to reception, as we understand that such things happen. Maybe they should be paying us a fee for providing a mobile home which had faults. The daughters response of ‘well they are old homes’ didnt cut it. They are old kitchen utensils, however I have to pay to buy new ones. Like I say, it put a very bad end to the holiday, as it just felt like they were...
