La Villa d’Emma — Hotel in Grasse

We stayed at Villa d’emma for 3 nights. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and I think this is a great place for value for money! The view is lovely and there is a lovely swimming pool. There is parking for your car too.

On to the improvements, the pictures are a bit misleading as the rooms are actually underneath the kitchen / lounge area so you have the feeling of being underground. We had a room that was inter-leading with other rooms that shared a bathroom and although there were no guests in those other rooms, when new guests checked in next door on the second afternoon we were unsure if we were going to have to share the toilet with them and the lady left in charge was very hard to communicate with so we had to message the B&B owner (who swiftly responded that we would have our own private bathroom!). The shower is in the room and tended to overflow and the pillows are very small. The manager in charge is very sweet but very hard to communicate with.

The owner however is very friendly and came in and checked on us one morning...

Absolutely amazing spot! So happy to find it. The location is gorgeous — 10 min by foot to the small village with great restaurants, 10 min by car to Cannes, you have a wonderful sea and sunset view from your apartment. The room is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Owners are wonderful people, was a pleasure to meet them. There is also a pool, cute leisure space under the tree and enough space to do practices like yoga or any other sport activity. Would definitely come back to spend more time...

Twee nachten geslapen. Rustig en prima gelegen villa met vriendelijke ontvangst. Let op Google maps geeft de verkeerde kant aan. En ook een hele grote auto is niet echt handig in de kleine straat. De kamer en badkamer zijn prima en fijn. Handig in gebruik en schoon. Thee kun je zelf in de kamer zetten. Ook was er een soort mini Barbie koelkastje. Er kan net een blikje bier in maar koelt niet echt. Voldoende kastruimte. Goed bed en mooi uitzicht. Het ontbijt was op z’n Frans. Cheap stokbrood beetje jam. Bakje met mini stukjes meloen en appel. Beetje liefdeloos. Thee keuze was van alles niks. Wij vroegen om een wasserette in de buurt maar de eigenaresse bood aan dit voor ons te doen. Tegen een kleine vergoeding was al onze was keurig schoon en gestreken. Merci 💟 Prima parkeren. Helaas geen gebruik gemaakt van het mooie zwembad en de jeu de boules baan. De laatste avond in het donker maakte ik een doodsmak plat op de grond omdat de houten vlonder niet voldoende was verlicht.
