Hated it.l payed up front and my reservation was not well enough documented so l had no acces on Friday 14.30 reception closed untill 16.00. Outside card distribution not working. Even after paying a second time no card came for easy acces. Had to wait in Lobby for 1 hour. Then again 15 min when finally the desk opened at 16.00. Rooms super clean ..but l had so much stress l nearly was at end of my wit's. So l give 1 star ⭐ for the cleaning lady. Still waiting for my refund...

The only good thing about this hotel was the fact that it is close to the motorway. We got there around 7 pm. The young lady at the reception seamed really disappointed about the fact that we disturbed her. She wasn't wearing a mask and she could not speak any other language than French, even if the hotel is on a touristic route. The room was quite dusty. The breakfast - a real disappointment. ¡Terrible estancia no reservéis el hotel! La reseña me obliga a darle una estrella, cosa que NO se la daría. ¡No entiendo como un hotel en esas condiciones sigue abierto! La habitación apestaba. Un olor insoportable a pies sudados impregnaba toda la moqueta de la habitación, de verdad que era realmente asqueroso. No había nadie en recepción para ayudarnos a la noche. No se podía respirar, nos mareábamos del olor y no podíamos dormir con la ventana abierta porque nos congelábamos en pleno febrero y había el ruido espantoso de motores de alguna maquinaria a fuera. Se nos ocurrió impregnar la toalla de baño con jabón a olor a fresa e intentar dormir con la nariz amorrada a la toalla, cuando apartábamos la nariz de allí nos mareábamos del olor a pies. Terrible, muy surrealista todo. Jamás en nuestra vida habíamos estado tan mal en un hotel, no se debería categorizar como hotel. El hotel no respondió a nuestras quejas formales.
