I booked this place for my 81-year-old father and 77-year-old mother to rest and travel with my son. I arrived here today, August 11, 2024.

Private Access Road: If you have a car with powerful brakes and engine, you’ll need special skills to navigate the sharp turns and steep slopes. I have a large Nissan X-Trail, which had no problem with the steep incline, but driving here is very challenging, especially at night. I give this route no positive points.

After Parking: You’ll encounter a large number of stairs. If you have heavy luggage, you’ll need strong back, arms, and knees. My rating for this section is zero.

View: The view towards Monaco is very beautiful and could deserve a 5-star rating.

Accommodation: There were four of us; the space is very small, but the beds were adequate, and there was a sofa bed as well.

Interior: The house is filled with the smell of fish and has no pleasant scent.

Host's Attitude: The behavior of the host was respectful.

Advertising Photos: The issues are not shown in the advertisement photos.

Conclusion: If you are elderly, if you don’t have a powerful car, and if you are looking for a luxurious place, this is not the right place for you. If I had known, I would never have rented this place, and if I could, upon arrival, even after driving all the way from Rome, I would have canceled the contract. After 3,000 kilometers of travel from Germany to Italy, this was the worst place I could...

We were here last summer. Very pleasant accommodation with a nice garden. It's a bit tricky to get up by car, but worth it. We had a great time here. Thank you!
