We had a truly wonderful experience during our stay, thanks to the exceptional service of the receptionist, Amine. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable for u. especially for our one-year-old child. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help in every way made a big difference. Even if there were any small issues during our stay (fire alarmwent of at midnight because of a guest smoking), Amine made everything better with his warm attitude and genuine care. I didn't catch the name of a restaurant server and also took care of the lobby, who was really great. Our little one was the happiest she’s been on a trip, and that means the world to us. Thank you, Amine, for making our stay so memorable.

I have attended HEC Business school on regular basis for over a year and got the opportunity of staying at the Best Western Plus Paris Saclay. The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, which is made all the more inviting by the amazing and friendly staff. They were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stays were comfortable and flawless.||The rooms at the Best Western Plus Paris Saclay are comfy and spacious.||The food here is nothing short of delicious. Whether it was breakfast to kickstart the day or a delicious dinner to wind down in the evening, the culinary expertise of the chefs was evident everytime.||||Overall, my stay at the Best Western Plus Paris Saclay was exceptional. It's an ideal choice for anyone visiting the HEC Campus area....

The hotel is nice and clean. The guys in the reception are friendly, but the ladies are more. The location is just perfect if you are visiting a student in the HEC paris, otherwise it is far away from everything. I gave the service 4 stars instead of five because I've needed shampoo in the evening, I've called the room service, knowing that the shampoo they provide is a filling up tube, the receptionist said that "there is no one to fill it until tomorrow morning" that was very strange and unacceptable and should be changed. The other thing is that the breakfast is boring, specially if you stay a week as in my case, so some changes...
