Charles, the director, took himself all the responsabilities and gave us a real, factual hand to solve all the situations in a very quick and I would say “human” way. We stayed for 3 nights and on arrival we’re presented with a room that has been used twice! And then on the 3rd time they finally gave us a clean room.
Our room suffered from horrible condensation, and the noise from outside is extremely loud.
We were offered breakfast due to the room issued however this is also a very poor selection.
I have emailed a complaint however, Ibis do not care and have not responded. Very disappointing.

Read moreIf you’re coming to Paris to visit the main places & shop, the hotel is literally on Line 9, and you can stop at Galerie Lafayette, Printemps, Champs-Elysées & Trocadéro, for example. If you intend to go elsewhere, you can walk from those above or change lines at Nation.
As for convenience (store), next door is Franpix, and a little 2 -3 minute walk is Carrefour City.
I recommend it for couple & business traveler who wishes to avoid the bustling but still want to reach the places to go to in Paris....
