Le Petit Reve Montriond — Hotel in Thonon-les-Bains

We recently returned from 9 days staying at the lake house and our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location right by the lake is stunning, such a beautiful view to wake up to each morning. There was a free bus that took us into town when needed, but there were also options around the lake to eat and drink at. Lots of lovely little touches around the house and garden to make it feel homely. Our days were spent strolling round the lake as well as swimming in it and making use of the paddle boards at the house, as well as enjoying nearby walks and the attractions of Morzine.

Jen the host is clearly someone who wants you to get the most out of your stay, so as well as being very communicative she also recommended restaurants, local walks and even helped me book onto a yoga class overlooking the lake.

We spent a blissful week in this magical little lake house, just the two of us on a much needed break. Le Petit Reve is a dreamy blend of both home comforts and feeling completely off grid and immersed in nature. The bird song is something else!

Jennifer was a fabulous host and we really appreciated the 'hotel' touches of robes, toiletries and a bottle of wine on arrival. What a magical little place to reset and reconnect.

We had the most incredible stay in this chalet. The name is really correct - it's an absolute dream. Every single detail in the chalet is so thoughtful, and it all comes together to make everything so cozy. The view of the lake is wonderful.
