I can see from other reviews that people have had similar experiences to us which is such a shame……

We’ve been coming to Lac Tuel for years and years. Although the service has always been OK, the food is good, I love a burger.

Long story short. The owners told my wife to shut our daughter up after she became upset, we cancelled our drinks as a result of this to which the response was ‘good - better for us’. My wife was in tears and the owners were laughing at her.

I was at the lake one day and had to use the toilet so I asked the owner nice If I could use the toilet. The first thing he said he said to me is: “use the public toilet” and then he said “okay you can use this one” and as went into the toilet, I heard him muttered to himself “clochard”, which means “homeless”. Extremely rude owners who asked us to leave as our 2 year old had been crying for 1minute whilst we waited for our drinks outside. Do not go here especially if you have children. Can’t believe we were treated with such disdain.

If you want a good burger there’s some fantastic places in lindarets/goats village and another good restaurant further along on the lake. Recommend to...
