Positive: Having booked a small room only, we was freely offered a larger better room upon arrival. Very friendly and helpful. Can arrange taxi for a fair Price as well. Note that this particular hotel have only a few rooms, and no restaurant, but do offer snacks, drinks etc. at the reception. This is by no means an expensive hotel, quite the opposite, so we had our room during all of our trip, despite getting around elwhere in Georgia. Ask anyone in Tbilisi or elwhere in Georgia, and they know where Isani is, so easy to find if getting a bit lost, but we didn't and the metro, while seriously noisy, is superfast and easy to use and only 2 minutes away from the Isani Hotel. No barking dogs during nights makes sleeping easy. Safe neighbourhood and in fact al of Georgia is, so no need to worry about your bag, Watch or anything else. It is situated very close to the Isani Metro station so all of Tbilisi is covered, with lot's of foodshops and Carrefour very nearby, and right around the corner, you can take bus 150 to Ortachala bus station to go to Telavi. Bus 37 to the airport etc. Also, around the corner there's all sorts of minibus connections to other places in Georgia, like Mestia and most other places with minibus connections (marshrutska) despite what others may write elsewhere. It's super central and makes getting around Georgia very very easy. Higly recommended. 24 hour reception. Also answers any email from home...

There was even some washing powder in a cup with the washing machine...very thoughtful. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. It is close to Isani Metro and around the corner from a mini bus station where the buses go to the south east of Georgia. We used the wifi from Tbilisi Loves You to find the hotel. It is available all over Tbilisi.. Negative: A bit of traffic noise and fumes but ok once the windows were closed. No problem sleeping. Not much around the area but a good transport hub. The staff speak Georgian and Russian. We used google translate to communicate...
Read moreThis is a family hotel near Isani subway station in Tbilisi. ||Location is good - 2 stations to Avlabari st. (historical and touristic center).||Two pleasant and nice women met us. They are very helpful and smiling.||There were a lot of disorders but in Georgia for this money you hardly will find smth better. We asked for room change because it smelled not good (previous guests were smoking there a lot). Another room was available for us, and it was ok.||This hotel needs a lot of improvements, but people are caring and try to be serving for you and meet your requests. Mostly, it is suitable for sleeping only...In...
