Beernest — Restaurant in Tbilisi

I discovered this hidden gem on a recent trip to Tbilisi and returned several times. It is a quick trip from the overpriced, low-quality tourist traps in the old town. Beernest offers great food and drink and excellent service in a wonderful atmosphere. The modern and stylish interior is divided into separate areas that cater for intimte dining or larger groups. There are large TVs on the walls where popular sporting events can be viewed. Alternatively, the snug rooms are quite cosy and comfortable, giving the feel of a private club in London. The bar offers excellent (some of my personal favourite) beers on tap, a good selection of spirits and whiskys, and the bartender makes mean cocktails. The selection of wines is excellent and the staff are knowledgable about pairing the wine to food. The menu is full of succulent European and quintessential Georgian dishes; all freshly prepared with the finest local ingredients. Portions are generous and the selection of dishes is good. Appetizers really hit the spot with the chicken wings being probably the best in Tbilisi. Salads are perfectly dressed and offer a refreshing starter or main. The mains are varied, hearty, and delicious featuring things like: steak, pork knuckle and the juiciest burgers. Save room for dessert though; I highly recommend the chocolate lava cake - Patricia. Service was faultless with staff always willing to help and never far when needed. Overall, Beernest offers great value for money in a relaxing setting. מסעדה מדהימה, עם מאכלים מוכרים עשויים לעילא! We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience here with my husband and our two kids. We ordered the pepperoni pizza, schnitzel, Greek salad, hamburger, and salmon — every dish was cooked to perfection, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The vegetables were fresh and well-prepared, and everything tasted outstanding.

The service was exceptional — our waiter was attentive, kind, and made sure our needs were taken care of even before we had to ask. The restaurant itself is stunning, with thoughtful design details and very comfortable seating that made us feel relaxed throughout the meal.

20 августа в Тбилиси мы с мч зашли в этот ресторан. История с нами приключилась очень занимательная. НО сначала о кухне, чтобы не томить ваши пустые желудки долгим прологом. Продукты свежие, блюда вкусные. Особенно хочется отметить несколько блюд: салат Цезарь с нежнейшей курочкой и сочным салатом, оджахури со свининой - ну просто беллиссимо! Еще был суп Татариахни, очень он мне полюбился за время путешествия по Грузии. Представляет собой говяжий бульон с мясом, зеленью, чесноком и перцем. Так вот ТОЛЬКО в этом заведении мне его принесли с отдельным чесноком и перцем, и их можно добавить по своему желанию в суп. А везде делают его жутко острым. В общем кухня шикарная, приходите, не пожалеете. Ценник средний, мы объездили за две недели всю туристическую Грузию и везде примерно одинаково 20-30 лари за основное блюдо. Соотношение цена качество 👍🏼 Также нам посчастливилось познакомиться с хозяином этого ресторана. Дело в том, что у нас был последний день путешествия и не осталось наличных денег совсем. Мы зашли узнать можно ли перевести кому-то из персонала на карту (там сложные махинации не буду углубляться) главное, что в моменте у нас не было денег и мы зашли просто на удачу. Персонал нам отказал. Мы сидели за столиком голодные и думали как быть дальше. Через несколько минут к нам вышел владелец заведения, предложил ужин за счет заведения и помог разобраться с трудностями. Этот случай поразил до глубины души.
