I came for a certificate (statement), and they offered me the M package with its advertisement, to which I refused, they gave me certificates and for some reason asked for a phone number and told me to show it in the mobile bank, I was like, okay, maybe they want to check my data, and took the phone for 30 seconds (it was very fast)
Then, after some time, I see that I have an active tariff M and they took 10 GEL from me (I had a tariff of 2 GELper month, I was fine with it) well, compare 2 GEL and 10GEL for a year, this is a decent amount, but that's not the problem...
I did not understand how the tariff changed... but after some time I understood how it was and how my tariff was activated.
The employee took my phone, activated the tariff, received the SMS and deleted the message from the history, I later found the message in the deleted ones when I started communicating with the tariff.
THAT IS, SHE JUST TOOK AND DELETED THE MESSAGE TO HIDE IT
I don't know why I'm shocked) I don't care about these 10 GEL the problem is that this happened at all, someone might say, well, why are you giving your phone to strangers, I agree that it's my mistake, but still it's a bank...

They are all lazy and liars I was told i wasn’t even an active student while i had my tsnoba in hand and i had to call up emis only to find out my active student application was already with the bank.
I’m underage and my guardian had a ticket for opening my bank account. I walked up to the counter and he just told us to get another ticket?!?!?!
