We had a wonderful five-night stay at Reed Hotel Tbilisi. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast experience was fantastic, set in a beautifully decorated rooftop ambiance with a stunning view. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast environment, and one of the staff members, Kenia (if I remember correctly), would change the music to Cocomelon songs for our one-year-old son whenever we dined there, making it a delightful experience for him.

The reception was very helpful in assisting us with food orders and promptly providing us with anything we needed.

However, I was disappointed to find that our family suite didn't have kitchen supplies, which required us to call reception for assistance. This was a drawback. Additionally, the towels didn't seem entirely clean and could have been newer and fresher.

On one occasion, we used the hotel's laundry service, but we were dissatisfied with the results as our clothes came back looking darker and older, much like the towels.

Additionally, it was a bit challenging for us as the restaurant didn't have baby high chairs, which made dining with our one-year-old son a bit more difficult.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Reed Hotel Tbilisi. From the moment we walked in, We were greeted with warm hospitality and professionalism. The receptionist, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions.

The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a cozy atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The staff throughout the hotel were equally accommodating and made me feel at home.

The hotel is located on the 13th and 14th floors of a building. The reception staff are very kind and helpful. It’s a completely ordinary hotel, good for staying but doesn’t have any special features. They serve a simple yet tasty breakfast with fresh, good-quality items.

During our stay, we faced a few issues. One problem was the noise from kids running on the floor above us—it was really annoying. The staff warned the upstairs rooms several times, but the noise kept happening. Another issue was that the rooftop garden bar and restaurant didn’t operate in the evening or at night, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the website or during booking. When we asked, they said it only operates in spring and summer.
