Takes toooo much time, and why are they being racist, they have a different slot for non residents in which the token no. Are wayyy back and they specifically have to wait longer period and residents have it early... It's not fair in any way . Everyone has bank work, why should it be partial to some and beneficial to others .. this should be changed as no one wants to wait for 2 hours for...

3 hours of waiting in line and then the bank clerk told me she doesn’t know how to get me registered in their own application and that I need to call the call center. Call center clerk told me I need to go to the bank branch. Seriously??? You guys can’t even figure out your own work??? 3 hours wasted, problem not solved, nobody knows...

Got email from BoG that i can finish account creation process at any branch. Waited 40 minutes in line, just to speak 1 min with operator, who said that I need to come "few" days later (she can't say what few actually means, and will 2-3 days be enough), because their system is...
