Amazing place. They got all you need. If you rate all let’s say most important key areas of a proper hotel they would get 9/10 on the most. But there is room for improvement at: The details - dishes and stuff standing around for days. Like window slide area. Cleanliness - dishes in the room are left after cleaning. Cleaning could be cleaner. They once went into our room although we had the red sign out. The other day the door to the public terrace was left open. Up-selling opportunity - proper advertising on drinks while having dinner. Food - meat, fish and creativity is good but salad buffet at lunch and evening or fruits at breakfast could be fresh and respecting healthy food and increasing vegetarian eating styles. Lobby - Service could make better presence and offer fast drinks. They would make a very strong additional turnover and customers would appreciate. Great team at the bar. Marek did a very good job. Steffen at the reception was doing very well. Ilja and Karin have been very friendly.

It’s a very nice hotel for families. Beautiful design, plenty of entertainment, indoor and outdoor activities, very green surroundings and beautiful mountains. Pools are nice, but outside space is limited. Missing direct access for strollers in some places like pools, restaurant terrace with sun-beds, in general, bad connection of different hotel amenities and limited exit points, not enough elevators. Good room service, friendly staff. Restaurant service also very professional. But the terrace should be paid more attention. It was dirty. All in all we liked the vacation a lot. Some room for improvement: AC in the room and the restaurant would be nice. Restaurant terrace could be bigger and should be cleaned better. Sun protection for the playground at the terrace would be great. Bigger terrace at the pool would be also nice. And last but not least, access for strollers should be everywhere, more elevators are required.

The food was just awesome, served in buffet form so conviente with kids, yet super delicious! Food was definitely a highlight for us (the offer vegan and vegetarian option for each meal, but definitely meat options are what makes food there so special). Kids food was also very nice. Hotel makes a stay with kids so easy and has some many things you can do there ( I think this is the great place for people with small kids, up to 10 years or so)! In is located in beautiful place, so even short walks are enjoyable. The staff is very helpful and nice. The only thing I can complain is that it was very hot in the whole hotel. But we will definitely come back

We stayed for 5 days and all in all it was wonderful. We were put into a room that looked very different (and much smaller) than what we had booked online, but a quick chat with the staff at reception was all we needed to change rooms. The staff is truly wonderful, everyone is nice and friendly.

We went with a 2 year old and a 5 month old and none of them are comfortable to stay in the Kinderbetreuung area. One complaint I have is that there is only one indoor play area for that age group outside the Kinderbetreuung, and parents are not allowed to go in there and play freely with their kids (which I totally get, it would be chaotic for the staff to have kids with and without parents inside).

The pool looked nice but we couldn’t use it. My kids absolutely love the water and we go to public pools on a regular basis. But the moment I put my baby in the water (in the baby pool!) he started screaming and crying hysterically, which is very unlike him. He’s always so excited to be in the pool! So we obviously took him out and that’s when we saw that his legs and up to his belly -the areas that had been in the water- were completely covered in an awful rash. I don’t know if it was the water’s temperature (it was pretty hot) or the chlorine level or what, but it was definitely not suitable for a young baby. A real pity, since we love going to the pool as a family and it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

The food options for kids was very limited and not the healthiest. Fries were there every day, along with fried meat/fish. The healthy options were always cucumber, lettuce and tomatoes. The food for adults was quite good and varied, so we just gave our son food from there. It’s all a self-service buffet. One thing to have in mind: our clothes were absolutely stinking after being in the restaurant, so much that we had to change afterwards. So bring enough clothes to change at least once a day! Luckily it was freezing outside so we could leave our clothes in the balcony overnight to air them out.

The place is huge and we often found that overwhelming. We had been to another Kinderhotel before that was much smaller and it...

Very nice hotel with so many things to do. Located in a very nice area.

Edit after staying here for the 4th time: The hotel is great in general. This is why we have come here 4 times already.

Positive: Staff is usually super friendly and extremely helpful with very few exceptions. Clealiness is great The food is good and even for us vegans we usually find something to eat. Since our last visit there always is a vegan option for lunch and dinner and they installed vegan coffee machines which is great. So many options for kids to play both inside and outside. Many amazing trips can be done starting from this location (some are included in the price, some a bit further such as Schloss Neuschwanstein or the Alpsee Coaster are not). We don't usually have out kids in the kids club for long periods (when we stay a week they might spend a total of 3 hours there). The staff is great judging from the short time kids were there. The electric chargers in the garage are awesome. There's a lot of them, so it's easy to charge an electric car.

There are a few small things that could be improved. the beds are really hard. I generally like a medium-soft bed, my husband a medium-hard one. These are too hard even for my husband. I'm personally not a huge fan of the separation between nude wellness area and bathingsuit on wellness area. There usually are very few kids in the bathing suit on area and I personally dislike wearing a bathing suit while sweating (feels so unhygienic). I prefered the way it originally was with 6 different saunas / steamrooms just for adults (but I assume that it was a customer wish to change this) instead of the...
