Ferienwohnungen Marquardt — Hotel in Berlin

We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely property. Everything was great and well-equipped and provided (from coffee, tea and spices to toiletries and EVERYTHING else in between). Nothing we might have needed was missing. It was especially impressive how SUPER CLEAN the place was. Though it's a beautiful old building, it is not always easy to keep such a place so clean. The backyard garden was lovely to wake up to. The information file provided by the property owner was also extremely helpful and a blessing for first time visitors to the city, like us.

It is a 3 min. walk to bus and S-bahn stations and a 20 minute ride to the city centre. very convenient transportation. Also 3 min. walk to bakery and shops. The location was excellent as it was far enough out of the centre to be quiet and calm and yet very easy to get to the city centre.

The property doesn't offer a parking space but there were always plenty of parking spots all along the street and we easily always found a spot right in front of the property. Very safe, no problems.

A very personal and warm thank you for the understanding of the owner with some issues I had booking the place (He was patient enough and trusting enough to guarantee us the booking even though I had issues on my end with the money transfer) and my great appreciation for his consideration in helping me and my elderly parents with the luggage.

The home must reflect the kind and considerate personality of the owner as it was a very warm and welcoming place.

My husband and I had the great pleasure of staying in this wonderful faciity in April . It sits in a quiet and peaceful environment, yet 20 minutes from the centre of Berlin. From the moment one enters the property there is a feeling of being a guest in the house, rather than a cold business transaction. Every comfort was provided. Bediinen, Towels. soaps etc., the kitchen was very well equipped . toaster coffee maker, microwave etc., Everything spotlessly clean , it felt very welcoming.

its situation is perfect as regards train and bus only minutes away, an abundance of fine restauraunts, shops, bakery etc.

I would highly recommed to any age group, I do hope to return to this very spot many times.

Wir waren vom 30.07.2925 bis und mit 03.08.2025, als Paar der Alterskategorie 50+, zu Gast in einer der Ferienwohnungen Marquardt. In unserem Fall Apartment Nr. 5 im ersten Stock. Buchung über die Webseiten problemlos. Kontakt und Kommunikation mit Herrn Jens Marquardt ebenfalls und sehr angenehm. Kurze Antwortzeit.

Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich alle in einem typischen Alt-Berliner Haus. Im Berliner Bezirk Tiergarten.Dieses ist seit dem Wiederaufbau nach Kriegsschäden im Familienbesitz.

Das von uns gemietete Apartment Nr. 5 hat uns sehr gefallen. Auf Grund der guten, wie vollständigen Einrichtung, als auch mit seiner ganz eigenen, sehr schönen Atmosphäre. Die hohen Decken, grosse Zimmer und ein Balkon mit Blick in den wunderbar gepflegten Garten war für uns Erholung pur. Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte unbedingt ein Apartment zum Garten und mit Balkon buchen! Es lohnt sich! In der Wohnung selbst war aus unserer Sicht wirklich alles vorhanden. Selbst Seife und Duschgel im Bad, sowie Waschmittel für die ebenfalls vorhandene Waschmaschine. Zusätzlich ist auch ein Trockner vorhanden.

Die Küchenmöbel sind mehr taufrisch, aber dafür wertig und erfüllen ihren Zweck. Ausreichend Geschirr ist vorhanden Bei unserer Ankunft war alles frisch bezogen und die Wohnung sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Zugang in das Haus und Wohnung mittels Schlüsselsafe am Hauseingang. Die dafür notwendigen Instruktionen kamen am Tag vorher per E-Mail. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 1 grossen Boxspringbetz und bequemen Matratzen. Die Sickingenstrasse 73 liegt gut erreichbar und zu Fuss nur jeweils 500 m vom S-Bahnhof Beusselstrasse. Dort fährt alle 5 Minuten die Ringbahn der Berliner S-Bahn, mit der Sie rasch und bequem viele wichtige Stationen erreichen. Darüber hinaus verkehren dort auch die 2 Buslinien 123 und 106. Beide bringen Sie schnell auch in das Zentrum von Berlin bzw. auch in 20 Minuten zum Berliner Hauptbahnhof.

Zugegeben, die Gegend rund um die Wohnung ist keine bürgerliche. Aber davon lebendig und authentisch. Mit vielen Geschäften, Bars, Restaurants. In der nur 10 Fussminuten entfernten Turmstraße finden Sie neben 3 grossen Bio- Läden auch die U-Bahn der Linie 9 mit der Haltestelle "Turmstraße".

Fazit: Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung Marquardt in Berlin Tiergarten definitiv weiter und kommen...
