Pizzeria Europa Moabit — Restaurant in Berlin

I decided to eat at this restaurant after seeing the many positive reviews. I was unfortunately disappointed.

The ambience was alright, as were the drinks and food, nothing special. The service was however very poor.

We had called the waiter several times to order desert however he ignored us.The waiter was having a conversation with someone else it was the other guy at the bar who looked at us and immediately strangely looked away. The second time when my daughter called twice the same guy made eye contact with us and looked away immediately!!! After that we waited about 10 minutes and in the meanwhile the people ( waiters) were chatting and having a laugh which I found very impolite and inconsiderate when our waiter finally came my daughter asked him why he ignored us although we called many times he mentioned vaguely that the other guy at the bar had looked at him to convey the message 😂

At the end we decided to simply pay the bill with no tip, and go elsewhere for desert. It is unpleasant to simply wait for the people who do not want...

The pizza was partially undercooked and it had very weird flavor. I left feeling nausea after eating here till the day after. I would’ve preferred a €2 frozen pizza over this one.

Service was fast though. Although the waiter had to watch football on his phone blasting the commentary over the background music, making me stuck between 2 sources of sound

edit: to confirm, this review is for the pizzeria that's located in moabit, but I aldready had that...

Very friendly service and nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the pizzas are very mediocre, no proper self made pizzas and no proper pizza dough anyway but some kind of ready made (probably frozen industrial) pizzas, which is not what I expect in a restaurant. At least the house...
