Rating: ☆☆☆☆☆ (0 Star)||||My stay at Ibis Budget Munich Airport, Erding, on June 26, 2025, was a total rip-off! 😤 I booked via CHECK24.de, paying 107 € upfront (Booking #8697ZFP576). At 23:35 check-in, with over 20 people crowding reception, the clueless staff told me to wait for the self-check-in machine until midnight. I did as instructed, waited 25 minutes, and got slammed with another 107 € charge on my card – no warning, no clarity! 💸😠||||This is straight-up double billing for one night – feels like fraud to me! 😡 I emailed the hotel on July 4, 2025, demanding my money back, but as of July 13, 2025, they’ve completely ignored me – pathetic for an Accor brand! 📧||||This place is a disgrace to Accor! 👎 I’ve reported this to the German Consumer Protection Agency, contacted Accor’s HQ, and tried a chargeback with my bank (ING-DiBa), which was denied over some BS about “different merchant names.” I’m blasting this on Trustpilot, Google, and TripAdvisor to save others from this scam. ⚠️||||Advice: Stay away from this hotel unless you want to get screwed over! 😤 Book somewhere else to avoid losing money and...

The location is good, closed to Erding Therma (the reason why we were here), pharmacy, shops & places to eat. The center is less 2 km. ||We didn’t expect much, as this is “budget” hotel, though we expected cleaned room. We stayed in room 224 for 2 night. During our stayed we found spiders & at the ceiling some webs (luckily none of our family member us afraid of spiders).|At the corner, between the sink & shower, the floor was dirty (a combination of dried water & dirt), the floor in shower is “slippery” …. Expensive for a budget hotel in the sticks. Shower did not have warm water, we annoyingly ended up skipping showering. Otherwise, the room was fine and reception staff friendly. Their bag storage was nice and secure since we were spending a day at the Therme. ||In terms of transportation it seems convenient by car but awful to get to otherwise. We wanted to take the bus to the airport but would’ve had to wait at least an hour, or walk 30 minutes to an alternate route. We called an Uber but had to cancel because it was going to be a 25 minute wait. No Bolt or Lyft here either. Only option was a cab which cost 40€ to drive 10 minutes to the airport.
