Call a Pizza Erding — Restaurant in Erding

I ordered a pizza through Lieferando from this restaurant around 8.50 PM. The app promised delivery in 40 minutes, so I patiently waited. After 40 minutes, I went outside the hotel to meet the delivery, but after standing there for over an hour, nothing arrived (total waiting time of 1 hour 40 minutes). I tried calling the restaurant multiple times but got no answer.

By 11 PM, I had no pizza, no updates, and the status of my order was still "soon to be delivered." Frustrated, I went to bed hungry. The next morning, I saw in the app that my pizza was marked as "delivered."

I reached out to Lieferando support, only to be met with rude responses and zero help. They told me they couldn’t do anything and advised me to call the restaurant directly. When I finally got through to the restaurant, they claimed they tried to contact me, couldn’t reach me, and randomly gave my pizza to someone at the reception without confirming with me. They did say they’d refund me, but it’s been two weeks and still nothing!

I do not recommend ordering from this pizzeria if you want reliable service or even basic...

Früher waren sie mal richtig gut, zumindest für einen Lieferdienst. Wir waren, Betonung liegt auf „waren“, Stammkunden (im Schnitt 1x pro Woche, die letzen 14 Tage sogar 5x bestellt). Aber das endet heute. Sie sind stetig schlechter geworden. Mittlerweile muss man auf lieblose, schlecht belegte Pizzen regelmäßig mindestens 1 Stunde, manchmal auch mehr als 1,5h warten. Von den letzten 5 Bestellungen waren 4 enttäuschend. Da hilft es auch nicht, dass die Preise durch ständige Coupons mittlerweile theoretisch OK wären, wenn die Pizzen passen würden. Anbei beispielhaft wie meine „Urknall“, also eine „gefüllte“ Pizza, ähnlich einer Calzone, nach 1,5h lauwarm ankam. Das Produktfoto auf der Call-a-Pizza Seite darf ich leider nicht posten, also mal selbst schauen, wie sie aussehen sollte. Jalapenos wollte ich nicht, das ist OK, dass sie fehlen. Aber bezüglich der Füllung, und da war noch extra Mozzarella für 2,70€ drinnen!… da muss man nichts...
