One thing that could be improved: I didn't notice while booking that there is no shampoo in the rooms, but there is a vending machine with a limited number of options... please offer a bigger selection of shampoos and duschgels or add a reminder for guests to bring some with. Ich bin regelmäßig im Best-Boarding-House in Hanau zu Gast, da meine Firma mich dort einquartiert. Das Gebäude ist wirklich schön und stets gut beleuchtet. Besonders praktisch ist der 24/7-Check-in per Code – unkompliziert und selbsterklärend. Falls es doch mal Probleme gibt, steht die Eigentümerin Selma immer hilfsbereit zur Seite.

Die Zimmer sind funktional eingerichtet mit Schrank, Schreibtisch, Doppelbett und eigenem Kühlschrank. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass die Fenster sich komplett öffnen lassen und sowohl Rollos als auch Vorhänge zum Abdunkeln vorhanden sind. Das Badezimmer ist großzügig geschnitten, mit Dusche und Toilette gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Eine Gemeinschaftsküche bietet die Möglichkeit, Speisen aufzuwärmen.

Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die Hellhörigkeit des Gebäudes, was dem älteren Bau geschuldet ist. Mit ruhigen Nachbarn oder Oropax ist das aber gut lösbar. Wichtig zu wissen: Es handelt sich um ein Apartment-Haus und kein Hotel – es gibt weder eine Rezeption noch Frühstücksservice.
