Boardinghotel Premium Heidelberg — Hotel in Heidelberg

Loved it! We booked a premium studio suite for 2 nights. It s quite a brand new place I think so everything looks new, modern and super clean. The location is not ideal for us but is convenient enough as closest tram station is a few mins walk. And there is also grocery store nearby. The kitchenette is lovely- fully equipped. There s even salt & pepper shakers provided. (Very thoughtful little things, than you!) Check in/out was easy. Cleaning service was great! Lots of towels provided. Outdoor porch was nice. Cool A/C, comfortable pullout bed for my kid, and high- tech: with all the usb charge / digital shutters, everything with a one touch screen. We only stayed one night, and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful (spoke English with us since we don’t speak German).

The location is about 15 minutes by car to the castle and city center- you can also take the train easily which is right across from the hotel.

The room was so comfortable and clean. We were on the 4th floor and had beautiful skylights with a view of the mountains that also had electric shade coverings for while you sleep. We booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again...
