We stayed here for two nights and were very pleased with the hotel upon arrival. The location was good, within walking distance to town and the views were lovely. The room was clean and well equipped. We used the restaurant on the first evening. We ordered our meals and my partners arrived first. He sat and waited for around 10 minutes before starting to eat, waiting for mine to arrive. Eventually I told him to start without me as it would go cold. Another 20 minutes or so later my meal arrived. It was placed in front of me by the waiter with no apology for the delay. My partner had already finished his meal by this time. I ate my meal but was uncomfortable to be eating alone. When I’d finished the waiter eventually came to remove the plates. We were not asked how our meals were or whether we wanted dessert or coffee. At this point we were very disappointed with the service. We waited a while and then beckoned the waiter over and told him how appalled we were with the service. He then tried to offer us complimentary schnapps which we refused. I told him I would be reporting the lack of service to the|Management. We left the table and went up to our room to get our two dogs to walk them. When we returned to reception the waiter was stood waiting for us with the bill. I asked for the bill and said I was still taking the matter up with management on the morning as reception was closed. He got aggressive and proceeded to rip the bill up in front of my face and said “I will pay”! Never have we ever encountered such rudeness in a restaurant or hotel. It’s a shame that one person lost the management money and business as no way were we going to eat there the 2nd night and be treated so badly. Hotel Köppeleck in Schönau a.K. in BGL. Asiatische Betreiber ?
Berchtesgaden ist immer einen Besuch wert , Bayrisches Alpen Panorama/ Berge.
Eine Wünderschöne Natur , Berge , Tradition , und vieles mehr.
Leider.... war die Wahl des Hotels nicht das richtige für uns. Wir hätten uns mehr erwartet für 150 € die Übernachtung im DZ.
Buchung: September 2024. 2 Personen im Doppelzimmer mit Balkon. Preis. 150 € Nachseson. Hauptseson teurer ?
Meine Bewertung gibt meine persönliche Meinung wieder. Eigentlich sind wir sehr enttäuscht , das einzige Positive ist , das wir zum Glück nur 1 Tag - Übernachtung hatten.

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht , weil das Bildmaterial in der Web.Seite Online sehr nett und freundlich ausgeschaut hat. Die Beschreibung vom Hotel durch den Betreiber war für uns nicht zutreffend.Bilder vom Betreiber warscheinlich von früher ?
Leider ist das Bildmaterial und Beschreibung nicht ganz richtig bzw nicht Aktuell. Warum ?

Aber heute bekommt ihr Aktuelle Bilder und Eindrücke vom Gast.
Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage , die Zufahrt zum Hotel ist sehr eng und schlecht befahrbar.
Dafür sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Bergwelt.
So hier meine Bewertungen:
Zustand Hotel - Ausenanlage/ Biergarten. " sehr ungepflegt " " sehr alt " " Altmodisch " Unkraut , verwelkte Balkon Blumenkästen , sehr Lieblos die ganze Aussenanlage, Kinderspielplatz für Kinder " geht gar nicht " Alles verdreckt , Altes Spielzeug . Zigaretten Stummel und anderer Dreck.
Check IN . Ab 14.oo Uhr. Personal taucht erst kurz nach 14 Uhr auf. Personal sehr unfreundlich. Personal muss erst fertig rauchen vor dem Hotel !
"Sauna" : defekt - müffelt.
Hotel - Zimmer.DZ. "kleines Zimmer" "mit Balkon" Sehr Altmodisch ! Türschloss klempt ! Oberflächlich Sauber ! Schmutz im Schrank ! Sehr Lieblos ! Mit TV an der Wand ! Tresor vorhanden ohne Bedienungsanleitung , somit Nutzlos ! Kein Kühlschrank ! Radiowecker defekt ! Lichtschalter defekt ! Türen quitschen ! Alles sehr billig , und minderwertig.
" Bett " Doppelbett Mattratze durchgerockt ! Federkern , Federn spürbar , unangenehm beim schlafen , quitschen ! Bettwäsche sehr alt , und beschädigt nicht passend zum Bett.! Lieblos alles hergerichtet.
"Balkon" Mini Tisch , 2 Hocker , dreckiger Aschenbecher. Kein Sonnenschirm. Lieblos.
"Bad/WC" "kleines Mini Bad/WC ohne Dusche nur Badewanne" mit Duschvorhang. Sehr alte Armaturen verkalkt ungepflegt. Kommt kaum Wasser aus Duschkopf. Schimmelbefall an den Fliesen , Abluftsystem defekt , alles sehr Lieblos und billig.
"Gastraum Restaurant" Sehr Altmodisch , Lieblose Tische mit Plastikplumen. Sehr schlechte Beleutung. Unfreundliches Personal.
"Essen" War in Ordnung , aber sehr teuer. Gerichte übergart und trocken.
"Frühstück" Große Auswahl ! BUFFETE. Aber nur billig von billig ! Keine Regionale Produkte! Orangennektar , Wust und Käse ausgetrocknet. Keine Beschreibung der angebotenen Produkte. Zum Beispiel bei Unverträglichkeit ein Problem ?
Hier wurde gespart wo es geht ! Alles möglich billig.
Personal unfreundlich , kein Guten Morgen ! Keine Hilfe vom Personal. Hilfloses Personal. Keine Erklärung von zB. Kaffeeautomat , selbst ist der Gast !
"WLAN" vorhanden , aber kaum Leistung.Gastzugang !
"Check Out." Sehr unfreundlich. Nicht mal nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung war.! Reklamation nicht erwünscht.!
Fazit : alles alt und lieblos ungepflegt unfreundlich möglichst billige Produkte keine Regionalen Produkte. -Hier will nur Geld verdient sein ?
Wir werden nicht mehr hier buchen.

Liebes Hotel Köppeleck , schade , hier fühle ich mich als Gast nicht Willkommen , Urlaub sollte was schönes sein ! So stehts in der Beschreibung. Leider nicht umgesetzt !

It is an hotel with a great history and it is an ideal spot to start to visit the area. Ramsau, Berchtesgarden, The Eagle’s nest is all not far. But that’s all. ||It deels that this hotel was sold a couple of years to a Russian business man who sold it again to a Chinese. So if you expert traditional German culture in this hotel you are wrong. The service is mainly done by obiediant and friendly Chinese in a dirndl. ||The two waiters are something else. I never saw so unprofessional and unfriendly people. If you don’t love your job - quit it. If you go on learn how it should be. They nearly spoke any word, brought the mine dish while you are still eating the starter, didn’t explain the system of half-pension...||||Also don’t go for half-pension as this food is terrible. Nothing is fresh what the pile of waste one day in front of the hotel confirmed. It is not local, it doesn’t taste and it is made very careless. ||||The breakfast is good, WiFi is only poor available at the reception desk and not in the rest of the hotel. ||||The beds are ok, the rooms are very outdated and the rest of the house is decorated very poor.||||It is a shame to see such a hotel going down.||||Would I...
