Disappointing & Unequal Treatment – Would Not Return

My stay at this hotel was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had in Germany. From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome and noticed inconsistent treatment compared to other guests.

Early Check-In Refusal (While Others Got It) I arrived at 2:30 PM and asked if early check-in was possible. The front desk told me my room wasn’t ready—yet I watched three other groups check in early without issue. When I questioned this, I was given vague excuses about "different room types," even though my room category was identical and visibly ready. The staff’s dismissive attitude made me wonder if there was another reason for the unequal treatment.

Cold, Self-Service Experience The entire stay lacked basic hospitality. Everything was self-service—check-in, check-out, even getting information. While automation isn’t inherently bad, the complete absence of helpful staff made it feel like the hotel couldn’t care less about guests.

Nickel-and-Dime Tactics Charging extra for dishwasher detergent (something usually included in German hotels) felt cheap. Combined with the broken table leg, cracked bowl, and stained duvet cover, it was clear maintenance and guest comfort weren’t priorities.

Uncomfortable Room The bed was barely 1.5m wide and uncomfortably soft. For the price, I expected better.

Final Thoughts I’ve stayed at many hotels in Germany, and this was by far the least welcoming. The front desk’s inconsistent policies and indifferent attitude left a sour taste—especially after seeing other guests receive better treatment for no clear reason. I won’t be returning and would caution others to manage...

Perfect stay in a Brazilian theme hotel! I was at this hotel for 5 nights 6 days (early Sep 2024) with my boyfriend, and I couldn't fault a thing. Lovely welcome set of card, a glass bottle of sparkling water, 2 small bags of haribo. Lots of storage in the room. Fully furnished and equipped with necessary items like cloth hanger, kitchen utensils, fridge, a safety box, a small bloom and dust pan, and more. They also have a washing room if you need to do some laundry. Clean and cozy bed with 4 pillows and 2 bedside tables. Plus, these tables have wireless chargers. Desk good for work and a foldable table under the TV which can be used to work as well. Good internet connection all around the hotel. The location is good: in a walking distance to supermarkets, tram/bus stops, and Porsche museum. Free gym if you feel like getting some exercise. Staff were friendly. I liked when I left the 'do not disturb' sign on all the time until 1 time I changed it to cleaning request when we were going out in the late afternoon. When we came back, the room was clean. This showed that they paid attention to the guests. Lastly, the breakfast is superb! Lots of choices, good bread, drinks, fruits, and Brazilian desserts. I'd totally recommend this place and will choose to stay here again if we visit Stuttgart...

When I asked again, I was told it was because they had different room types — but my room was the same type and already cleaned. This felt like inconsistent and unfair treatment. Throughout the stay, everything was completely self-service — from check-in to check-out, I had to fill in all the information myself.The dishwasher detergent required an extra charge, which was surprising. I’ve stayed in many hotels across Germany, and basic items like dishwasher or laundry detergent are usually included.The room itself was not great: • The bed was only 1.5 meters wide, too small and too soft. • The duvet cover looked dirty. • One table leg was broken. • One of the bowls was cracked.To top it off, the front desk staff were unfriendly and not helpful at all.Overall, the experience was very average and not worth the price. I would not stay here again or recommend...
