Ich gehe langsam auf die 60 zu und habe vor mindestens 50 Jahren mein erstes Eis "vom Olivier" gegessen; und dank der Tatsache, dass Pietro Olivier die Eismacherkunst seiner Familie auf traditionelle Weise pflegt und fortsetzt - und nicht nur Pülverchen in Flüssigkeit kippt und gefrieren lässt, wie das leider vielerorts so gemacht wird und was mit Eiscreme eigentlich gar nichts mehr zu tun hat! - hatte ich gestern nach vielen Jahren wieder einmal das große Vergnügen, eine große Kugel Stracciatella zu genießen.

Und was soll ich sagen? Es schmeckt noch genau so sahnig und cremig und schkoladig wie damals!
