I spent a week here while visiting friends nearby. This Place has anAirbnb feel but not. Exactly. The only time you really see staff is in the morning for breakfast Or if they’re cleaning rooms.You get a code with your reservation confirmation and there are little lock boxes on the outside by the back parking lot. Speaking of breakfast, it’s elaborate in that. There is a huge selection of yogurt and granola, fruit, bread/rolls, Meats and cheeses. Unfortunately, There is no actual restaurant, Staffing has been a problem so for the time being there is no restaurant Speaking of staff. Petra, one of the owners is always available in the mornings at breakfast as is Maria who Wears a lot of hats. They are wonderful, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are serviceable And relatively small.. No frills but comfy and clean. I was able to use the upstairs apartment to write in for a day and that was wonderful. Cari Lucia e Pasquale , I vostri ex dipendenti volevano sapere qua do sará possibile ricevere i soldi del mese di febbraio 2023, e del perché siamo stati bloccati su whats up nonostante dobbiamo ancora ricevere buste paga e stipendio dell' ultimo mese... Eravamo stati avvisati del ritardo nei pagamenti ma il mese è finito e nonostante le richieste per email non ci è stata data risposta alcuna. Si spera di ricevere i soldi entro questi due giorni ed ovviamente di interrompere finalmente i rapporti e questa brutta esperienza che ci avete fatto passare. Vi ricordo come già specificato che non pagare lo stipendio ai dipendenti in Germania è reato penale e siamo già pronti a mettere un avvocato oltre che ha mettere in guardia possibili dipendenti dalle vostre azioni spregiudicate nei nostri confronti. Siamo veramente indignati dopo questa presa in giro,abbiamo lavorato duramente e con impegno e ci sentiamo in dovere di comunicare che il tempo da voi comunicatoci è scaduto e che i nostri stipendi e le nostre buste paga doverosamente devono essere recapitate al più presto!! Con questo evito di scrivere altro, ma scriverò e racconterò pubblicamente il necessario se non vediamo l accredito entro 48 ore. Grazie mille Marco Floris

Liebe Lucia und Pasquale , Ihre ehemaligen Mitarbeiter, Marco Floris und Christopher, wollten wissen, wo es möglich sein wird, das Geld für Februar 2023 zu erhalten, und warum wir auf whats up stecken, obwohl wir immer noch Lohn-und Gehaltsabrechnungen des letzten Monats erhalten müssen... Wir wurden über die verspätete Zahlung informiert, aber der Monat ist vorbei und trotz der Anfragen per E-Mail haben wir keine Antwort erhalten. Wir hoffen, das Geld innerhalb der nächsten zwei Tage zu bekommen und natürlich die Beziehungen und die schlimme Erfahrung, die Sie uns gemacht haben, endlich zu beenden. Ich erinnere Sie daran, wie bereits erwähnt, dass die Nichtzahlung der Löhne an die Mitarbeiter in Deutschland ist eine Straftat, und wir sind bereits bereit, einen Anwalt zusätzlich zu setzen hat mögliche Mitarbeiter von Ihren verächtlichen Aktionen gegen uns zu warnen. Wir sind wirklich empört nach diesem Scherz, wir haben hart und engagiert gearbeitet und wir fühlen uns verpflichtet, Ihnen mitzuteilen, dass die Zeit, die Sie uns mitgeteilt haben, abgelaufen ist und dass unsere Gehälter und unsere Gehaltsabrechnungen müssen pflichtgemäß so schnell wie möglich geliefert werden !! Damit vermeide ich es, mehr zu schreiben, aber ich werde schreiben und öffentlich erzählen, was nötig ist, wenn wir nicht innerhalb von 48 Stunden die Akkreditierung...

We picked this place because of its strategical location, very close the famous EUROPAPARK. Moreover Ettenheim is such a typical lovely village. Thus we did not regret our choice. Rooms were clean and exactly as described/advertised on their website. ||Staff is absolutely caring and so friendly. We also enjoyed their excellent kitchen for dinner, as well as for breakfast. We felt spoiled and very well taken care of : not a hugh cheap breakfast buffet but service at the table, everything freshly cooked on demand. A really lovely experience.||Good to know : no airco in the rooms, which would be definitely a plus on heat waves days like we had during our stay. Windows open + noisy street = not so great.||Despite the good boxpring beds we did not have such a good sleep.||But we would certainly come back and recommend this place, except on very hot...
