Fokion Studios — Hotel in Argostoli Municipality

I typically stay with family when I come to Kefalonia. This year the whole family was in town for a wedding. I was recommended this studio by everyone in the chorio (χωριό).

I could not be happier with my experience. Voula provided excellent service maintaining our room and working around our schedule.

The size of the room was perfect for my girlfriend and I to live comfortably for our stay. I am a tall guy, over 6’ (2 meter) tall and fit in the beds nicely. Bathroom was clean, water pressure was awesome, and shower worked out fine. It’s a tradition European bathroom, which takes some time adjusting to, if you’r coming from states side.

The location of this studio is perfect for someone who wants to be close to the airport and main city (Argostoli). Walking distance to coffee, food, and bakery.

simple accommodation * but the people are great * the location is very central * there is enough parking * garden with a fantastic lawn * and another advantage is, that there is generally a strong wind at night, so you don't really need the air conditioning !

+Πολύ ευγενικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες με προθυμία να σε εξυπηρετήσουν σε ότι χρειαστείτε. Τα στρώματα ανατομικά και ξεκουράζεστε πραγματικά. Αρκετή ησυχία λόγω καλής μονώσεις.-Οι μπαταρίες σε ντουζιέρα νεροχύτη και νιπτήρα είναι χωρίς μίκτη (δεκαετία 80)με αποτέλεσμα την υπερβολική κατανάλωση νερού χωρίς λόγο. Τηλεόραση 14 ιντσών τετράγωνη παλαιάς τεχνολογίας που λόγω της απόστασης είναι μόνο για να ακούς. Τα πίσω μπαλκόνια πολύ στενά ίσα που χωρούσαν δύο καρέκλες με τραπεζάκι, σε τρίκλινο δωμάτιο και χωρίς τέντα. Τα μπροστινά μπαλκόνια τεράστια με κεραμοσκεπή και δεν τα βλέπει ποτέ ο ήλιος Τέλος οι πόρτες παλιές ξύλινες χωρίς μόνωση. Γενικά χρίζει ανακαίνισης σε όλα λόγο παλαιότητας.
