The food was a 10 and I loved the peacefull music which gives the place a good vibe. However we were really dissapointed in the service. The waiter who was going to point us the table suddenly turned around to do something else so we just stood there awkwardly waiting. Also no friendly smile from both waiters. Uninteressed looking on their phones. No empty glasses were taken. When we finished our pizza it took really long for someone to pick up our plates, while they did have attention for some other tables who finished their food later than us. Eventually we asked for the dessert menu. On the dessert menu were 4 options, which is really enough but when we ordered one dessert the waiter said it wasnt available. Why not mention it when giving us the menu? No friendly goodbye when we paid and left. Honestly I don't understand the reviews about the excellent service. The street it’s located on is really charming. The view is nice too, but unfortunately, we couldn’t really enjoy it. We arrived around 6:15 PM. Outside, only one table was occupied. However, since we didn’t have a reservation, they told us we could either sit at the small table in the far corner outside or inside. I mean, is it even possible for a place with dozens of tables in Kefalonia to be fully booked at that hour? Of course, no one else came while we were there either.
