Hotel Sarandos — Hotel in Aristotle Municipality

We stayed 6 days in August and we paid 70 euros per day because of high season.We knew the price from the beggining and that we went on a high season so we didnt had any problem with that. When we arrived no one was there and we had to find the owner in her cell phone to tell us in which room we are and that she just left the keys on the door so we can get inside and she will come after to see if we need anything, that she never did.. The room was really small with the double bed inside and a small baby crib you didnt even have room to put luggage and your staff anywhere. We had to put everything in the balcony that was big. In these 6 days that we stayed the room was cleaned only once and also towels, toilet paper and sheets were changed only that one time that the room was cleaned. It didnt had any shampoo or body shower. Also in these 6 days no one was there for anything we just show the owner one day before we leave and just to pay her. In general a bad experience and really poor customer service, none actually.. I would not recommend it to anyone. In this price I think you can find much nicer rooms and behavior to a guest to stay...

First of all, the room and its decoration is absolutely mundane. It is too “narrow” to make someone feel comfortably . Despite this fact, it is too clean. In respect to the bathroom,firstly the water is non-existent. No, I’m not kidding. Not only does it has no heated water to make someone’s bath more delightful, but also the water has no pressure. This has as result the washing of your hair in the washbasin. This is out of line! Moreover, the bathroom is too small, so when someone takes bath( provided that the water is existant), the bathroom is overrun with water on the floor. One more drawback is that there isn’t a full-body mirror. Whether a women wants to check her outfit, she won’t have this ‘pleasure’. In addition, the tv provided in the room is too small, similar to a tablet so ur eyes get tired.
