Pansion Pasalimani — Hotel in Aristotle Municipality

My family and I booked this Pansion for 7 days through Booking.com. We live in the UK and we were planning on going to Greece for a few days, visiting friends and family and relaxing in a nice place. ||4 days before our stay in the Pansion Pasalimani, and in the middle of the peak period, Booking.com customer services contacted us to say that the owner contacted them and had double-booked the room, so we needed to stay to a different (much worse) room for some time before we go to the room. When we asked why can't they move someone else to that place, since there would be a huge disruption for us coming from the UK, they just cancelled our booking without even replying to our email. Avoid if you can. Untrustworthy and unreliable. They will cancel you if they manage to rent the rooms...
