Funtukaki by the Pool — Hotel in Dion - Olympos Municipality

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very pleasant stay — the hotel left a great impression

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was wonderful! The room was clean, neat, and clearly recently renovated — everything looked fresh and modern. The cleaning was excellent, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We were especially impressed by the kitchen area: it had a stove, kettle, dishes, and cutlery — all the essentials were thoughtfully provided. This was incredibly convenient and really stood out, as not many hotels offer such details in the rooms.

We also want to highlight the beautiful lobby and relaxing lounge area — very cozy and comfortable. The entire hotel is tastefully decorated and feels well maintained.

There were just a few minor things that could be improved: • On our last night, the air conditioner started showing an error message and had to be restarted several times. • There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign for the door, which would have been helpful — sometimes you just want to skip cleaning or make sure no one enters the room. • The pool hours were very limited — only from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, that’s exactly the time when most guests are usually at the beach. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it had a pool, and we were hoping to relax there in the evening after coming back from the sea. But at that time, it was already closed. It would be great if the pool could stay open a bit later.

These are all minor issues compared to all the advantages we experienced. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this...

We stayed at Funtukaki by the Pool and had a truly wonderful experience! Everything was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, from the rooms to the common areas. You can tell that great care and attention to detail has gone into every aspect of the property.

The service was excellent! The reception staff were always kind, welcoming, and professional, and the owners were genuinely lovely people. On our last day, we had an unexpected issue with our car just as we were preparing to leave, and they went above and beyond to help us. Their support during that stressful moment made a huge difference and we are incredibly grateful!

The staff was very helpful! I asked for advice on tasty restaurants in the village and good beaches around. Ladies were very polite and kind, both excellent English speakers. The room was clean and cozy. We liked the whole design of the hotel and the materials they have used. The atmosphere around the pool, having a glass of wine on the cozy furnitures is so relaxing! Definitely would stay there again! It is rare to find such a nice hotel for that price...
